We stayed here for 2 night and we loved the location and comfortablity of this place. And staff are friendly as well. Love to recommend to other people.

Good clean hotel. Avg brakefest.. Free milk in the lobby.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family including an infant. Room was pretty spacious. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there seems to be bed bugs or dust mites on the floor carpet as I got plenty of bites around my ankle. Went ahead to inform the front desk but I was told that there were absolutely no bed bugs in the hotel. Overall room is ok except for the cleanliness.

Location is great, next to the tourist centre and the hot spring area in rotorua.

I had a great stay but my room has a spider web better to clean very well next time.

In general, it was good.

As expected of any Pullman hotels.

I make a booking via Trip.com and paid for that , but the hotel charge again on my credit card .The service not good due to refund payment ( double charge) and delay on refund payment

A lovely new modern hotel in the heart of the Rotorua CBD. Staff are super friendly, rooms are nice with great views! The only downside would be the lack of free parking and valet is rather overpriced at $45 per day.

Well, the hot springs here are beautiful, very beautiful, and the hotel is very comfortable. It is worth recommending. It is also very suitable for staying with family and friends.

The room the hotel gave us was seriously inconsistent with the picture we booked on Ctrip. The original picture showed a city view room with a row of windows that could see the view (Figure 6). The room was relatively large, but the actual room we were given was relatively small. The weird thing was that there was a big pillar in the middle of the room. The key point was that most of the window was gone, leaving only a little. What was even more outrageous was that the window looked out onto a wall balcony that blocked all the views. I flew over for more than ten hours to see the wall... Please see the picture... Finally, after a long fight, they gave us the room shown in the original picture, and they insisted on charging an upgrade fee (the fee was resolved after Ctrip intervened), but this hotel is just bullying...
