It was quite nice. The front desk lady was very nice. Someone made the beds every day. The kitchen was completely clear of cooking fumes. She wrote an apology and taped it to the wall, saying there might be a smell from the previous owner's cooking. The room had four beds: a double downstairs and a double upstairs, along with two single beds. There was a bathroom downstairs, and a bathtub on the balcony. The water came straight from a hot spring, and you could even use the spa-style sprays (presumably, it had a faint sulfur smell, and it left you feeling slippery after washing). It was a little worn, but I didn't mind it.

It's OK. Two rooms, upstairs and downstairs suites, no bathroom upstairs, not very convenient, the floor makes noise when walking upstairs. The room we booked has a private hot spring pool, which is good.

The owner and her cute cat (named Paola) welcomed us. The room was clean and cleaned every day. There were plenty of towels. The shower room was a little old, but the water pressure was strong. However, the hot water was surprised by how cold it was every time because it had to go through cold water first. It was fixed in the bathroom, but I was happy that there were tissues. The bar soap had the soothing scent of New Zealand's famous manuka honey. The kitchen was equipped with cutlery. There was a stove, but there was no ventilation fan, so if you want to grill meat, I recommend using the BBQ stove outside. Laundry was $2 for the dryer. If you are looking for a motel in Rotorua, I recommend this motel!

The room is very large and duplex. It can accommodate 6 people no problem. You can cook and take a hot spring bath. The car can be parked directly at the door of the house. Picking up things is convenient and free. There is a supermarket not far away. You can go to the supermarket first when you arrive at the hotel and chat in the evening. It's very pleasant to chat while drinking. You can stop and have a rest when passing through the iron town on the way. Ice cream is recommended, but only cash is accepted.

The staff is quite friendly. It is quite spacious for a family of four to stay. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Good~!!

Overall it's relatively clean, the duplex room has a jacuzzi. There are two friendly kittens, and the reception lady is also very nice. It is very convenient to go to redwoods and parkin’save.

最重要是房間衛生整潔，設施齊全。接待員態度友善。電視提供的頻道比酒店的還要多及煮食用的爐具非常齊全及整潔。而且差不多跟酒店一樣提供的服務。難怪評分那麼高，亦是我住過咁多間汽車酒店最好的一間。下次都會繼續訂呢間入住。

非常好，乾淨安靜，停車方便。房間有暖氣非常暖和，大浴缸也很舒服小朋友非常喜歡，廚具也很全可以自己做飯

住了兩晚，還會再來
