Very good townhouse stay. Good facility and well equipped in the house!! Worth to stay one more night.

The location is far from Rotorua city but you can see the lake from the villa. T 3 bedroom villa is a bit old but facility is ok. But only there is only one toilet.

If you want to cook during your stay it’s perfect as it has all cooking equipments. Very clean and the receptionist was very friendly. There are all sorts of activity you can do in the resort, we played a bit of ping pong and used the gym. Didn’t have a chance to try their cafe however. It’s on the other side of the lake so it takes about 20 mins to go to Rotorua.

Such a beautiful location and clean house. You have your own backyard and you can enjoy the view. This resort is surrounded with the lake which makes it more beautiful. We found issue with the dryer as its not working properly. Spa water temperature is cozy but its ok as it will remove all your tiredness. Other than that its really nice. Good for families and should take at least 2 to 3 night stay to enjoy and feel the nature. We will be back again❤️❤️❤️

Some places are worth recommending. The hot springs are very comfortable, the rooftop service is also very good, and the lakeside is very beautiful. The service is very good. . . . . . . ,

The upstairs and downstairs have good space, and there is a yard outside, which is very comfortable and convenient for parking. When we came, it was off-season and there were not many people. It happened to be Monday when the restaurant was closed, so we went to a nearby supermarket to buy some food. It is not in the city center, but it is quiet and peaceful, suitable for a lakeside vacation.

Perfect for vacation

The resort is great, with a good environment, built by the lake, and relatively complete facilities, including fitness equipment, swimming pool, washing machine, dryer, and tableware. It takes half an hour to drive to the hot springs. Recommended

Check-in and check-out are very easy, the environment is very good, there is a small river outside, ducks and seagulls can be seen everywhere. It is suitable for staying for a few days to experience the hotel's services. The car is parked at the door, the first floor has a large living room, you can cook, and the second floor has three bedrooms.

Our experience staying at RAMADA Resort was very good and the environment was refreshing. This hotel is great and perfect for families. Located in a secluded area with great facilities. The apartment is fully equipped, has its own laundry and kitchen facilities and is clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The house is very well maintained and on a nice sunny day it is still a lovely hotel. Lake Rototi is peaceful and beautiful. There are many seagulls and swans on the lake. This is truly a great place for a couple or family to relax and unwind.

The appearance of the room is new, but the internal facilities are very outdated. The hotel is next to the lake and the scenery is beautiful. Without the blessing of the natural lake, it would not be worth a cent.
