This is essentially a motel, quite shabby. Parking is convenient! The room they gave me is quite poor, like it was built illegally. There was a bottle of used milk in the refrigerator. There were many hairs on the sofa bed. The so-called big bed was only 1.4 meters wide and very soft, so two people couldn't sleep on it. As for the outdoor spa, I didn't want to use it either. There were fallen leaves all over the ground and old spider webs on the lights, as if it hadn't been taken care of for a long time. The bathroom had a curtain. Very bad accommodation experience

We really loved our spontaneous trip to Rotorua. Thanks to Ripple! The room was warm and incredibly clean! Located right in front of the Rotorua luge which makes so easy to go and enjoy the activity early! We also loved the spa and heated pool. My child loved the trampoline and the playground! Great for families with young children!

Lovely room ,very clean had everything that was needed. Breaky was great and the customer service was some of the best ive experienced. Even a welcome bag on arrival and a personalised welcome message in our room Highly recommend The Ripple 100%

Really cosy room - heatpump warmed space well and had a fleecy blanket. Staff very helpful.

Room was clean but a little dated. Bathroom sink was very small. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had lots of information about local attractions and activities. Had functional guest laundry which I used. Stayed an extra night due to weather events. Kitchen was very functional.

Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful setting with a creek right behind the unit. Kitchen was simple and offered appliances we weren't expecting. Laundry facilities on site was a nice bonus. Only down side was the bed, which was quite firm. One of us loved it, the other not. I used the WiFi for a zoom meeting and it was good enough for the task, thankfully.
