This location is good for younger travellers who are travelling light as there is a distance between the hotel and the nearest train station. Also the nearest amenities like grocery store and cafes located in the Eramus University campus across the road, more senior travellers may feel out of place when patronising. The hotel staff are in general friendly but not all. It has a very stern early check in rules if you are not an Ascot member.

Great location if you need to be near the University Campus , 5km away from downtown . Extremely welcoming and helpful staff . Large, quiet rooms with large interactive TV and modern bathrooms with walk in showers. Large comfortable beds to help a great nights sleep . Good quality buffet breakfast and affordable dinner menu. Small self service retail area a great bonus selling drinks and snacks etc. Small gym with limited exercise equipement but all in working order . Enjoyable stay

It is good and comfortable hotel. I was travelling to Rotterdam from UK with my family so this hotel is quite close to the port.

It was super luxury for its price, beds were both comfortable and was very worth the drive

The hotel location was very nice beacause it was not far from the public transports and it was near spar. Very clean but 3 stars for the amenities because we have seen a fridge in the hotel room photos but there was no fridge in the actual room!

Better than expected after reading several negative reviews. The only comment is that the in room telephone did not have a cord. Even after reporting they did not fix the problem.

Breakfast is good. Location is good. Demerit in the contaxt of housekeeping whereby hand soap bottle is empty and there was no complimentary bottled water.

Clean room, nice staff. A small gym room with four to five machines available.

Room is clean, restaurant is good. Just only they don’t accept cash, just only card payment for everything.

We booked 2 rooms. For the weekend. Excellent service from the staff especially how they helped us to arrange the room with some decor and cake for daughter birthday surprise . Very clean rooms. Great location. Overall brilliant stay.
