Very convenient location right in the heart of the city center. Hotel check in was smooth and service was very good

Quite an old building- both the exterior and common area. But a big surprise when entering the room - spacious, high ceilings, huge windows with views, sparkling clean. Very convenient location, 10 min walk to Market Hall. All other major attractions are within also within walking distance. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The location is very good. A bit confused with the perks of free coffee, danish and fruits in front of elevator when the hotel officer did abruptly cleaning up and took off everything on the table while I was making my coffee. Should I not take it? Or? At least say something

Well located hotel with easy walking distance to all interesting attractions -Clean room and friendly staff This accomodation once looked like it was very Grand in a type of New York 1950s style but a rejuvenation is maybe required in some areas of the hotel. This reflects the Rack rate per room.Would stay again if visiting this area of the Netherlands.

The hotel's location is excellent.

The hotel front desk staff were very enthusiastic and gave excellent recommendations. It was clean, hygienic, and quiet, truly up to the standard of a star-rated hotel.

The location is great. But if you are a light sleeper you won’t be enjoyed that much. The building itself is quite old, I guess there is not too much to do to reduce the noise from the streets.

The breakfast buffet is great! The staffs were nice and accomodating. I love the room!

I booked a room and paid, but unfortunately could not reach it to hotel due to some work delays.I could not get any money back because passed the time limit, but I expect to receive at least a voucher with some discount for hopefully next time visit 😁 In rest, very good communication.👍

The staff at the front desk is rude, it feels like they actually hate their job. The room is clean and can be noisy. The elevator stopped working for a little while.

Unsatisfied. No air conditioning, quite noisy, and they assigned us a twin room without even asking.
