Rooms and location is great but yes, if youre staying here please make sure to start at the main hotel about 300m approximately, away from this location as thats where you will be checking in. Staff is super kind and attentive. would recommend.

Hotel was nice and the room was neat and tidy. Recieved the wrong room on arrival (I paid extra), and was changed to a smaller one instead. I asked for the difference back but unfortunately did not recieve anything. Would’ve like to be compensated but they said I agreed to a smaller room so wasn’t going to happen. Also, there are two locations, ours did not have a front desk just a messy table that functioned as a front desk, this could be improved on. However, hotel was nicely furnished and location was also good so thats a plus

The room was clean, fully equipped and modern. Staffs are nice.

The hotel is quite good but the only problem is that u have to check in in another property and come back to stay, though the two properties are quite close to each other.

There was a small incident when we checked in. The staff mistakenly assigned our room to someone else. However, after some adjustments, we were able to check in smoothly. The staff's attitude was very good. They kept trying to help and gave us some compensation in the end. The hotel environment is nice and clean

The breakfast was very small, it was at another place, 17.50 euros, not worth it at all. There was no hair dryer in the room, the service was poor, and there was often no one at the front desk.

It's not the front store at the intersection, but a small door further down the street. The street is quiet and the leaves are falling on the roadside, which is nice. If you haven't gotten the key card yet and it's just luggage storage, the receptionist said there will be someone on duty before 11 o'clock, but unfortunately if the person on duty is sick and takes leave, no one will open the door for you. If you have good luck, you can get through the front desk phone of the junction head office. Please move to the intersection to check in. It is fully self-service and does not provide any disposable toiletries, including hair dryers. If you want to borrow one, please communicate with the front desk to see when you are free and it will be delivered, so be sure to bring your own. The bed is large and clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door style and is open on both sides. So if you mind the privacy of going to the bathroom, please consider it carefully. When checking out, you can just throw the card in the basket at the reception desk downstairs. Some foreign guys do this. Of course, if you are worried about the refund of the deposit, it is safer to go to the Lukou head office to check out.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Service; I highly recommend it. The straight-line distance is not equal to the actual distance! The booking page did not state that people under 23 years old cannot check in. I encountered such a mess after traveling so long. Although I was allowed to check in because I was under the age limit, I had to pay double the deposit (the deposit has not been refunded yet)
