The room was in a building next to the front desk, with no elevator and very steep stairs, which was a real struggle with large luggage. Secondly, the room was indeed small, but acceptable for the price. Also, if you plan to leave early, don't book breakfast, as it only starts at 8 AM, though the breakfast itself was decent, typical European standard.

Pretty good personal, the room cleaning every day, testy breakfast, location of hotel too closed to the central station but not noisy which is good. You can reach central station max 10 minutes walk which is good, same you can reach park 5-10 minutes distance and the place where there are a lot of cafe or restoran. I highly recommended Milano Hotel Rotterdam . I am planing to stay there again.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Rotterdam Central station (around 15 mins walk). Eateries n supermarkets are near hotel. The room is quite clean n the bathroom is so big. The hotel offers a decent breakfast spread. The only drawback is the hotel got no lift. Our triple room is on top floor and quite challenging to bring the luggages up and down the stairs.

There is no way to fault them for anything. I requested for check-in to be extended till 11pm due to delayed flight and they did. The room was clean and I enjoyed my time in the hotel. The location is impeccable, the admin staff are lovely. Like I said, no fault.

We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage well before the official check-in time, as we had an important appointment earlier. The receptionist was a great help, figuring out the best way for us to get to Lloydkade. So, our stay went very smoothly...! It was only for one night, but it was excellent. Delicious breakfast! In the evening, we even managed to help out a fellow guest by lending them our power bank for their iPhone, twice in fact... The service from the staff on duty was also excellent: they helped us get the TV working! (Turns out the connection plug had come loose).

The staff was excellent and showed no lack of respect in every way. I would like to thank the Filipino lady from the reception, the lady from Greece and the lady from Poland

The room was tiny, and there's no elevator. It does have air conditioning though.
