The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the metro station, and close to both the water bus stop and the bridge. The room was spacious enough, but the shower design was a bit odd; the half-glass partition completely failed to prevent water from splashing out. Because the room faced the main road, it couldn't entirely block out the noise from the tram. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Housekeeping wasn't thorough enough, as the hair in the sink wasn't cleaned for several consecutive days of my stay.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! Everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect, and the location was great — very close to the city center. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to others. We would happily stay here again!

Great hotel and room with everything as expected. I would have appreciated more on site dinner options during dinner time hours, and it would have been nice to have access to the pool (closed down for maintenance missy of the day). The steam room and sauna with showers was my favorite feature. Very comfy room too...I appreciated it.

This is my second stay in the hotel. And i really love it here. Very close to the metro and tram stops. The only cons is the TV's don't have a casting option. I hope they add that later on.

A very nice hotel, great location and access, room felt cozy, jacuzzi was kind of a highlight, it could've been cleaner though. Fridge was a little dirty and one of the mugs had coffee residue, which was kind of gross honestly. Water cooker still had some water inside.
