Nice hotel with very friendly staff, located in a convenient location to get into the centre of Lille via the tram. Rooms are a bit on the small side and mine was a little dark, you can hear noise from the lift and corridor through the door but it was quiet otherwise. Despite this it was a comfortable stay and I slept well. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

Parking is less than adequate. Tight and less spaces than needed. Required me to park on the street.
The room is not sound proof in any way and as a result any outside noise is quite loud.
Service was good.
The location is quite good.

Staff lovely and despite not having hot water in our room we’d be more than happy to stay here again. Particular thank you to Yasmine and her colleague in the kitchen / dining area in the mornings. They were helpful, friendly and always smiling.

Ok Ibis. Small room, with a desk, a cupboard and a big tv. Good breakfast and underground parking.
