WoodSpring Suites Round Rock-Austin North

Waited 15 mins in the Lobby to get checked in. Bed coverings had stains and the bathroom towels had brown spots and stain. The other guest were noisy throughout the night. I believe the young lady at the front seat was asleep or preoccupied and that’s why our wait to check in took the time it did.

when i arive to the hotel the desk was unattended and somebody came like 10min after the room was ok it doesnt have shampoo i have to ask the recepcionist if i can have to take a shower !

Had to step out less than 2 hr after arriving for bug treatment. Was intimate with girl at time.

A lot noise, people drinking beers outside the hotel and the bathroom hadn't shampoo and conditioner and when asked for it was finished.

Very efficient room. The full sized fridge was nice. The pillows were not good and the towels were few in number. But this is a good no-frills option.

it's an extended stay hotel. people staying for momths at a time. workers from out of town.,etc.

Everything was as it should be. Clean room, courteous staff and very helpful.

Better Service in a Jailhouse This place was unclean, no accommodation , terrible sleeping conditions and noisy. There people playing music in the parking lot all night.

Couldn’t sleep. Noise everywhere. Walls are like paper walls.
