Top Apartments in Rovaniemi

This hotel is a small centrally located apartment hotel. The building is from 1933 and did survive the war. There are 14 apartments. Everyone has a different decor and the name of the room reflects that. We prefer usually a hotel with full services but this hotel looked so interesting in the photos that we wanted to see it. The check-in time is at 16:00 but at 14:09 I got an SMS that our ICE room is ready. Earlier I already received the codes for the street entrance and our room door. The ICE room is very stylishly lit. There is a big design bathtub and a separate rain shower. You could find high-quality Rituals toiletries, bathrobes, shaving kits, toothbrushes, etc. Every room has a kitchenette with everything one could expect to need. From the fridge, you found the food for your breakfast. It is included in the room price. There was so much food that we ate already part of it in the evening. We didn't see anybody from the staff but you can get connected with them if you want. There was a button for that in the small lobby. Also, there was a comprehensive manual for the room equipment in the room. The light switches were the most complicated part of our room. There is a luggage room with big closets that can be locked. With the street entrance code, you have access there. Our stay had a good value for the paid 192 euros.

🚗 Traffic: The only drawback is that it's really far away and you can take a taxi anywhere. There is a hotel special bus in the morning but it's missed. Everything else is fine.

My wife booked this place for my 40th (which is actually tomorrow). Tonight is our last night here and I wanted to leave them a review. I don't actually have anything negative to say other than we are moving on tomorrow and I have to pack shortly... I don't like packing! Really accommodating. Extremely clean accommodation. Staff are friendly. Car park is easy to get in and out of. To be totally Frank with you I would definitely stay here again and i really hope i do. It is literally minutes from everything you want or need. There is even a BK and a Mcdonalds a stones throw away. I've never met the management but I would like to thank them for the free chocolates and the room upgrade bexause it was my birthday - little things like that go a long way with me. By the way the locals are really friendly.

Perfect place for a budget stay. Food was excellent with both breakfast and dinner buffets having a vast choice of well cooked local food. Room was warm and basic with a comfortable bed I couldn't ask for more as I had no intention of spending all day in it. Tv worked and there was a fridge all we needed. Staff could not do enough for us all though they were extremely busy and when a taxi did not turn up to take us to the airport on our way home the manager/owner dropped everything and took us himself you cannot beat that
