Visited Rovaniemi to see Santa. Perhaps because it was late May, I had the entire 8-bed dorm to myself. The facilities were clean, bright, and very comfortable, just as you'd expect in a Nordic country. There are lockers available, and you can store your luggage if the cafe is open. Check-in and other services are handled at the cafe on the first floor. There's also a kitchen available for self-catering. The common area is bright and spacious. The sauna had set times for men and women, and private sessions were available for an extra fee. The bus stop for Santa's Village is just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a supermarket and a shopping mall nearby. It's a bit of a walk from the train station.

This hotel is on the quiet side of the town, close to the river; yet within walking distance to all the shops and transportation. I booked this hotel because of its shared kitchen and living space. As my train was at 6pm, the hotel let us to rest at the living area after checking out, until before 7pm that evening, though we had left around 5pm. The room is neat and clean, sufficient for a night' stay. The breakfast was great, the bread, the porridge and the coffee etc are all good.

Successful stay, close to the city center. Overall no complaints, a pleasant stay.

Strategic location easily accessible to the nearest shopping mall & Santa Claus office in the city centre. Room wise is very clean with comfortable mattress, shower & everything (with hand bidet is definitely a plus point!) It comes with free access to sauna between 6 to 7pm daily for men as well. Receptionists are very friendly, humble & helpful. Able to meet up with guests from all over the world in the sharing kitchen & living area. Will definitely recommend to all my friends who visiting to Rovaniemi in future.

The location in the city center was very convenient. However, be aware that check-in is only available until 7 PM. If you arrive later, you'll need to make special arrangements. Also, there's no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner provided.

Friendly service and convenient location in city centre. Clean and big rooms. Decent breakfast. Highly recommended. Baggage storage available for free but at a fee for overnight.

It's a bit inconvenient that the front desk isn't 24-hour, but it's very convenient as it's close to the city center with restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I was glad there were towels.

Great location, friendly staff and clean facilities. The window did not open in the room which made the indoor air a bit stuffy.

We arrived at 19.05 and everything was closed. We should entertainment with a code I neven recepten. Lucaly a friendly Finis lady helpen us. And we could do the self check-in. Father its a nice accomodaties.Clean ans well equipes. Only the gurtains were not big enough and a lot light came in ,and in summier thats almost all night.

The breakfast is wonderful and saved me from no proper food in the other tourist place. The location is near the cathedral and river and also several restaurants.

Highly recommended! The place is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the after-hours check-in is super easy. I loved the guest discounts on food and snacks. My stay in the Lappi room was excellent; the beds are comfy and the private lockers provide great peace of mind. A solid choice for any traveler.
