The room is spacious, and the layout is in line with the Christmas atmosphere. The sauna inside is also very good. You must stay in this hotel when you come to Santa Claus Village. The service at the front desk is warm. The salmon on the first day of breakfast was delicious, but the second day was very salty. Santa Claus Village can be played for two days in winter, and one night in summer is enough, the place is not big. But there are two Santas inside. Prices for photos vary.

I used it as a couple in December 2022. It is located about 5 minutes on foot from the k supermarket in the city center, and is in the opposite direction from the area where restaurants are gathered. Although it was the winter season, the sidewalks were cleanly cleared of snow, and after getting off the bus in front of the supermarket, you could walk to the hotel while rolling your carry-on bag. Not far enough to take a taxi. There are many houses around and it is quiet. I didn't use it, but there seems to be a sauna. Breakfast was delicious. It was a general menu such as bread, ham, cheese, salad, yogurt. The room was clean, but there was no safe. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet in the bathroom, so the toilet gets soaked when you take a shower. Overall, it is a recommended hotel.

The room offered sufficient space, the bathroom was clean and looked new. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a large variety of food and drinks. The sauna is also very recommandable. The location is central. There is a shopping mall just across the street, local and long distance bus stops are nearby. Personnel was very friendly and supportive.

This hotel is a small centrally located apartment hotel. The building is from 1933 and did survive the war. There are 14 apartments. Everyone has a different decor and the name of the room reflects that. We prefer usually a hotel with full services but this hotel looked so interesting in the photos that we wanted to see it. The check-in time is at 16:00 but at 14:09 I got an SMS that our ICE room is ready. Earlier I already received the codes for the street entrance and our room door. The ICE room is very stylishly lit. There is a big design bathtub and a separate rain shower. You could find high-quality Rituals toiletries, bathrobes, shaving kits, toothbrushes, etc. Every room has a kitchenette with everything one could expect to need. From the fridge, you found the food for your breakfast. It is included in the room price. There was so much food that we ate already part of it in the evening. We didn't see anybody from the staff but you can get connected with them if you want. There was a button for that in the small lobby. Also, there was a comprehensive manual for the room equipment in the room. The light switches were the most complicated part of our room. There is a luggage room with big closets that can be locked. With the street entrance code, you have access there. Our stay had a good value for the paid 192 euros.

Stayed at Arctic Light Hotel during a conference in Rovaniemi. Got a fairly small top-floor room with a roof window (hence, no view but of the late-summer sky). I think this room was slightly cheaper than a regular room. It was located close to an elevator, which I could hear but it did not bother me. The room was very clean, nice and cozy - and a good place to retreat back to after long conference days. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good selection of food, yogurts, cakes and coffee. The only downside was getting a thin orange juice from a machine. Fresh juice would have been more appropriate among all the other good food. The two gentlemen at the reception desk, Mark and Max, had a very pleasant manner and provided excellent service and advice. The hotel itself, located in the old city hall, is brilliant and good looking and beautifully designed. Definitely a place to recommend!

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I feel very good. It is very close to the bus station to Santa Claus Village and the airport (opposite the hotel entrance). The hotel has a dedicated luggage storage room, which is convenient for leaving the store in advance. Recommended!

The hotel room is not very big and the bathroom is a bit crowded. It can be seen that the decoration has been for a long time, but the health is very very clean. All staff are great. The breakfast is also great. I also prepared a lot of guide information in Chinese to go to Santa Village by car. Very convenient from the airport to the hotel by bus 7 Euros like most European hotels do not provide free disposable slippers and toiletries

The front desk service of the hotel is good, the restaurant is good in terms of food and waiterservice, one of the waiters named Alex is more than perfect 💯I appreciate him very much in terms of attitude and handling methods👍🏻 The location of the hotel is in the city center. It is very convenient to see what you want. There are several good restaurants around and free parking But the hotel room is super thin, it is already very difficult to open 2 large suitcases, and the sound insulation is very poor! The mattress is not too comfortable. Only the restaurant and service staff meet the star standard, and the room can only be considered ordinary.

This four-star hotel, located in the heart of the city, promised a charming experience but revealed some failures. Positive aspects: 1. **Central location **: Located in the centre of Rovaniemi, the hotel offers easy access to various local attractions. Negative aspects: 1. **Repeat and disorganized breakfast**: The breakfast offer was not changed, making it monotonous throughout the stay. In addition, the lack of organization and cleaning at the tables was noticeable. Although we were asked to choose a breakfast time, there was no effective control, resulting in confusion and disorder in the buffet. 2. **Lack of cleaning and comfort in the room**: lack of cream in the bathroom and lack of cleaning of the 3. **Insufficient accommodation for clothes**: The biggest difficulty was the absence of an adequate clothes in the room, especially challenging for a family of four people with winter clothes The hotel was located in the hotel, and the breakfast was not organised in the room. in the cleaning and accommodation of the rooms compromise the experience of stay. We booked on booking.com, but when we arrived to check in we were told our room had been double booked and we were being downgraded. We had originally booked the room with private sauna, so were very disappointed that we did not have this facility, particularly as the communal sauna is only open for around 3 hours per day and we had an activity booked the same time so could not use it at all. The location is stunning and we had fun walking the various trails from the hotel. We had two activities booked which both collected from the hotel, but otherwise we had to get taxis to and from the town centre as there is no public transport to the hotel. Taxis cost around €20 each way, and reception can book them for you. Room was nice, but the light switches were quite difficult to use. We were also a bit cold and could not see a way to up the temperature. The bath was lovely, and came with bubble bath, robes and slippers which we made use of. Our view was of a car park, so that was not great. Breakfast was amazing, lovely views and they even had honey on the comb. You have to book the restaurant in advance, or make alternative plans (but keep in mind there are not really any other options around the hotel). Staff were friendly.

The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room and dining room are comfortable, and the sauna is also great. Parking is convenient, facing a big river, the summer scenery should be super beautiful. Two kilometers away from the Dachao market, it is very suitable for self-driving. I hope the bed will be more perfect after upgrading. Looking forward to staying next time.

Santasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter. The hotel has a bowling alley, swimming pool and sauna. It also has a cafe Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress. Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread. Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.

The location is good. At the entrance are the station of the Airport Express and the bus station of No. 8. Easy access to Santa Claus Village, airport and train station. The front desk service is very good and will give you the latest schedule, tell you the departure time and location. Give us a free upgrade to a family suite. Breakfast was quite rich.

Perfect place for a budget stay. Food was excellent with both breakfast and dinner buffets having a vast choice of well cooked local food. Room was warm and basic with a comfortable bed I couldn't ask for more as I had no intention of spending all day in it. Tv worked and there was a fridge all we needed. Staff could not do enough for us all though they were extremely busy and when a taxi did not turn up to take us to the airport on our way home the manager/owner dropped everything and took us himself you cannot beat that

Amazing place, would go back anytime. The accommodation was lovely and warm and only a short walk from the reception, park and restaurant. They were set up with drying facilities and saunas. The staff in the restaurant were great, it was buffet breakfast and for dinner it was soup to start, a choice of 3 mains and then a dessert, great after a day in the cold. The reception staff and the guides were superb. We went on 3 trips whilst we were there - the husky rides and the nighttime snowmobile to the Lappish hut we ‘full on’. The night time Finnish horse sleigh was more gentle but the nighttime sky filled with stars you could almost touch and the quiet of the forest at night was brilliant. We went into the wildlife park a few times and saw different animals on each occasion. A fabulous holiday was topped off with a night in the igloo, we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights and the feeling of standing outside in the cold whilst the lights put on a show above was awesome. This was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had.

We stayed at the hotel for five days after Christmas. Overall we liked our stay very much. Our room was modern and clean. The rest of the hotel had a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The entire hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner was great and always freshly prepared. We booked several activities with the hotel. We went ice fishing, snow shoe hiking and did a husky trip, which were organized very well with great personal guides. Overall a wonderful experience in Lapland.
