Central location, wonderful staff, and breakfast at a cute cafe around the corner!

We had a fantastic time at The Melegran Hotel! Above all, Jovica and the great team made our 4-day stay something very special. Starting with the professional communication before arrival, the pick-up, the room upgrade, the friendly and charming service at any time of the day, restaurant recommendations and bookings ... and then a magical little surprise for my birthday! Our room was very pretty and spacious on 2 levels, charmingly and individually furnished, everything super clean. We can highly recommend this charming little hotel and will certainly be back!

Fantastic place to stay, right in the heart of Rovinj. Excellent apartments / rooms, with a very good decoration. Everything was great, it really feels well to be there. The village is quite unique, a movie scenario, with amazing restaurants. Perfect for a weekend or for a longer stay.

We stayed in the upper two bedroom suite for two nights in May. Everything about this place is perfect. Staff was amazing. We were a little confused about the parking situation but a quick phone call had the electric buggy looking for us just north of town. Extremely friendly staff got us to our private parking spot, loaded our luggage into the buggy, and took us to the office to check-in. Everything with check in went smoothly, then our buggy took us to our private suite on the top floor with amazing views of the old buildings and the water. The place had two stories with two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and a living area, small fully-loaded kitchen, and an amazing balcony. We spent a lot of time on the balcony in the morning and evening either having coffee or wine, bread, and cheese while we enjoyed the amazing view and the bird sounds. This place really has everything you need except a washing machine. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless when we came in. The bathrooms are super modern with nice hot water. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Rovinj is such a beautiful town, and this place made our stay so nice. Even my daughter said, “you did well dad!” I try my best, but his was definitely an amazing stay. The included breakfast was good with a full-loaded buffet of fruit, juices, coffee, breads, warm foods.m, etc. your normal European faire. Getting in and out of the place was easy, other than the long walk up to our flat. I wouldn’t recommend this place for mobility impaired people. Maybe they have a lower room, but I am not sure. Anyways, if we ever come back, we know where we are staying. Thank you Melegran!!

The room is spacious and perfect for four, with a spacious living space and balcony on the upper floor. The room and property is beautifully and uniquely designed and decorated, and the location is perfect too! We loved that a buggy picked us up from the city as only limited cars are allowed in. We stayed in room 11, which was on the third floor. The stairways were narrow with rather steep steps - and we were extremely grateful to the staff who helped us bring our luggages up to our rooms. Thank you, The Melegran Team for making our stay a perfect one!

Wonderful stay …staff was incredible . Wish every place I stayed could be like the Melegran . Hats off the the decorators . The breakfast was a treat each morning …especially the breakfast girl . They pick you up in a cart to take your luggage up the cobblestone street …the nicest girl ( and informative ) took care of us . Keep up the good work.

One of the best small hotels I’ve stayed in! It was so cool and had the nicest vibe! Highly recommend staying here. The service and staff were fantastic and the included breakfast was excellent! The room was fun and funky and very clean and bright!

This property was stunning. Stunning. STUNN-ING. We loved Rovinj, and the Melegran was centrally located and near everything we could want. The breakfast was wonderful, and quite varied. My mom unfortunately had a fall before we got to Rovinj, and so couldn't do too much walking on the steep and slippery streets, but the Melegran staff came to our rescue multiple times, so we didn't have to miss out on anything. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was.

Hotel is very convenient, close to the sea. Having to park 1/2 kilometer away from hotel is not ideal even though hotel provides golf cart pickup. Access to our room was also not ideal as the staircase is narrow and virtually vertical.
