"It was difficult to carry a suitcase, but the location was good. It was a new experience. You pay a tourist tax of 1.86 euros separately from the accommodation fee. Cards are also accepted. The staff is friendly and the guidance is good. Thank you. I made a good choice. However, it was difficult to contact me because I wrote down my contact information because it was connected to a company. Nevertheless, we were thankful that we were able to check in even late at night. It was nice to be able to park our car. If check-in is after 8pm, it is better to contact us in advance. We are very grateful to the male employee in the office who took care of our convenience."

"This was an accommodation experience that exceeded my expectations. Since I was driving with my children, there were about five or six parking spaces in the backyard of the hotel. I noted that the children were staying there and a sofa bed was made in advance. It was very friendly. The location was more convenient than I thought. It was only a ten-minute walk to the center of Luo**. The service attitude of the old lady at the front desk was also very good. In short, it was a perfect trip."

"The location is very good. The seaview is very beautiful. Mr. Andreaw is very helpful and nice, he introduced a very good restaurant for our dinner and the food iwas great. He drove the golf car to take us to the carpark and help us bring our luggage. All the staff in this hotel were helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant, were very polite and professional and the chef cook excellent breadkfast to us. Only one thing is if follow the google will direct you to the wrong way cannot find the hotel. Better contact the hotel lead you to find them before you arrive. As the car is not park in the hotel . Rovinj is a very beautiful place! I will stay in this hotel again."

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, cool, and perfect for the hottest summer days. It also had every comfort: shampoo and shower gel, towels, a hairdryer, a kettle with coffee, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. I had a wonderful experience both during my stay and during check-in. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and responds quickly, offering assistance and support with great professionalism. For the second time, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for tranquility, excellent value, the convenience of being close to the city center, and easily accessible parking. It's the ideal place to enjoy a moment of relaxation. I'll definitely be back!"

"This is a lovely hotel on an absolutely stunning island. We are still here, but I thought I’d write our review early. The island is breathtaking with lots to do and several of restaurants. There is water sports and always sun beds or beautiful areas to sit. If you come out of the hotel at either side, you’re faced with a stunning view. The rooms are absolutely fine. In fact they are really nice! I had read reviews saying they were small and outdated. I was worried about this as there are 3 of us, but we are more than comfortable, plus we have slept amazingly every single night so far. The team who service the rooms are excellent, they leave the place spotless. Also I had read there was only one plug outlet, but we have several! Our bathroom seems so have been upgraded too as it’s lovely. I think over the years the hotel has read feedback and actually worked hard to solve any issues. Also if you have any problems with air con, just say at reception and they fix it very quickly. The food is great. Plenty of choice and loads of it. Everything I’ve eaten has been delicious, so the cooking staff deserve real credit too. There is also unlimited, beer, wine, juice, water and cola (a local brand, but it’s really nice). This is a huge bonus. We are in high season, but never have to wait long to get drinks. My only negative about the restaurant is certain tourists. A lot act like it’s their last meal before the apocalypse. Some actually try to take the tongs out of your hand while you’re still using them. Also they power walk and cut in front of you when you have hot drinks in your hand. My tip is actually to come down for food after 7:30. These tourists are very punctual and most are down early (probably to make the most of the wine and beer). Honestly the waiting staff have the patience of saints. One tourist wanted something to pick at his teeth, so just walked into the staff only room to hoke about for something. It’s just a rudeness that stuns me, but you always get it. The ferry is brilliant and punctual. There is a queue rope at the hotel end, however in Rovinj it is hilarious, watching against certain tourists just walk right to the front and push on. There will be a queue right at the walkway and they just walk round it. They also try to get on before passengers are off. Every single time, the crew, have to stop them. Again I am impressed by their patience. Overall, the hotel and the island is lovely. Rovinj is also absolutely stunning, so as long as you can laugh at the abruptness of certain tourists, then this is an amazing place to stay."

"Our fifth and the last time at this hotel. The reception employees did not order the taxi for our departure to the Pula airport for our departure, prepaid, double checked from my side. Saturday 5am. Sleepy reception employee was not even able to order a new taxi, no contacts, so I had to order and pay private taxi, no safety children seats, killing speed. These all with my beloved four small children!!!! Six people were ready to the happy end of our vacation and one of Maistra employeed just totally messed up!!!!!!? Hope to catch our plane."

The outside is super five-star: the swimming pool, greenery, and beach are all top-notch👍, but the room is too simple and small: the furniture is old, slippers and drinking water are not provided, the bathroom and room are too small, and it is very difficult to open the suitcase. Overall, it is not worth the price."
