The Western breakfast was good, and the bed in the room was very comfortable. They also provided mineral water and slippers. The bathroom design was a bit subpar; water tended to flow out when showering. It would have been even better if the breakfast included a bowl of congee.

The front desk didn't provide bottled water. It was a Western-style breakfast. The hotel is located in a Chinese neighborhood, making daily life very convenient.

The room size was decent, and having a microwave and fridge was a plus. The surrounding area also offered convenient transportation and shopping. However, the noise from the nearby highway was quite noticeable, and the room's extractor fan was also very loud.

I stayed here for two nights. It's a typical American business hotel, conveniently located near many Chinese restaurants and supermarkets, making it easy to get around the surrounding Chinese community. The room facilities are standard, and it offers decent value for money. I would choose this hotel again next time I'm in Los Angeles.

The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's location is super convenient with a supermarket nearby and plenty of dining options. I had a very satisfying stay. I even left an earphone behind, called the front desk, and they found it very quickly!

Overall, it was a good experience. Free parking was a plus, and the front desk staff, a young woman from Taiwan, was very enthusiastic and welcoming.

The room was very clean. The front desk staff spoke both Chinese and English, providing excellent service and detailed explanations. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, and the bed was very comfortable. A hairdryer, kettle, and capsule coffee machine were all provided. The breakfast spread was extensive.

The price, ambiance, and cleanliness standards are all good. Breakfast is quite simple; the milk, beverages, and cutlery are all disposable and biodegradable. Very nice.

For a motel, it was quite clean. However, some rooms had a strong smell of disinfectant or cleaning agents, and my belongings in the suitcase ended up absorbing those smells. On a positive note, the security at this motel seems effective and made me feel safe, especially since a car in the Plaza mall parking lot (the same plaza) had its window smashed recently.

Second time I stayed here. Really nice staff. Breakfast available.
