The staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming, making our stay feel homey. The hotel has a nice touch with games for kids downstairs in the lobby, which was a big hit with our little ones. However, the rooms were a bit narrow, which felt a tad cramped. The location was okay, not too far from the underground, but not super central either. One thing that didn't quite work for us was the cleaning schedule - we didn't get room cleaning until we left, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, the overall cleanness of the property could be improved. Overall, it's a decent option with great staff, but could do with some tweaks.

The location is good. Room is small but it is fine because we don’t stay much time in the room.

Everything was great, nice and clean and we had great help from Harry at reception with the parking. Will be back.

Large and spacious room with comfy bed and contemporary decour. Brilliantly located a few mins walk from Greenwich overground and only 10mins or so from central Greenwich and the DLR. Staff were friendly and helpful. Every area I experienced was very clean. For those staying on longer trips, the small kitchen facilities were well equipped for snack and small meal preparation. Would certainly stay here again.

good location, easy to get to from the station, nice size studios suited for couples. great amenities in the kitchen.

Nice and friendly staff. Have coffee machine with free capsules for guests. Room has a small open kitchen and is quiet but at a convenience location. Across the street, there are some cherry blossoms along the side street on both sides too.

Great experience staying at this place, easy, smooth and fuss free. The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. Great value compared to what's available in London.

The hotel had many amenities and was good! They could have explained the room cleaning policy on entry. There was a good Nespresso machine too.

I had a lovely stay here. Location lil bit out of town (zone 2/3)but public transport is accessable. Greenwich is a nice neighbourhood too anyway. Hotel room is so clean, well equipped and most importantly 50-70% cheaper than hotel zone 1.
