Terrible Service and Unfriendly Staff**
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly from the moment I arrived. I had booked a twin room **two weeks in advance**, but when I tried to check in, I was told there were no twin rooms available and that they were all fully booked. Without offering any proper explanation or apology, the front desk staff simply assigned me a double bed room instead.
I tried to explain that my reservation clearly stated a twin room, but the staff refused to help or offer any solution. I then asked to speak to the manager. When I showed the manager my booking, which clearly confirmed the twin room, I was finally given the correct room type. This means the front desk staff had either lied or simply didn’t care to check properly.
As someone who travels frequently, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was disappointing, and the lack of professionalism from the front desk is unacceptable. I do **not** recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.
