Spaces Kitchen - Modern, fully equipped with induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as all the utensils to prepare and cook a meal for friends and family - Expandable dining table that will seat up to 6 people Living Room - Large comfy sofa and TV with Netflix ready to go. - Desk space with lots of natural light - Blackout blinds make for a relaxing night in and a great sleep for anyone using the sofabed Bedrooms - Spacious primary bedroom with comfortable double bed and blackout blinds - Wardrobe with hangers as well as two full-length mirrors - Cosy second bedroom in the loft with double bed and air bed Bathroom - Large family bathroom with separate shower and bath with toiletries and towels provided Utility Room - Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer Location - 10-15 minute walk to the station and from there it’s 50 minutes to the South coast or London - Walking distance from all popular destinations. Other Details - Off-street private entrance accessed through two code-locked gates. - The nearest parking is in Royal Victoria Place Car Park, a minute’s walk away, accessible from 7am to 11pm. If you need 24hr access, Crescent Road Car Park is only 2 minutes away.
