I always stay at the Premier Inn when I visit Tunbridge Wells. It’s my base when I’m there visiting friends and family. On my last visit I stayed there Monday, Friday and the following Monday. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I went to London for a night and didn’t want a big suitcase so I was able to have it safely stored until my return the following day. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The food is very nice and the offer of £26.99 for a two course meal, a drink and a full english breakfast next day is really good value.

This hotel is located near the Pantiles. Parking is easy in a very near and reasonable multi storey. The hotel is clean and the bedrooms spotless. Breakfast was plentiful, a buffet with lots of options. Had a high floor room which was very quiet at night and with the super comfy beds added to a great nights sleep.

Our favourite Premier Inn which we return to again and again. Great location a few minutes walk to the Pantiles and always clean, comfortable and well run by the manager Cheryl and her very attentive staff. Special mention should also be given to James the chef who provided beautiful cooked breakfasts despite being very busy. Chloe, also in the restaurant, did a great job keeping the buffet topped up and spotless. Thanks to Liyra in reception who helped us with finding a nice room and last but not least Chris who gave us a warm welcome and along with the cleaners keep this hotel tip top. Thank you Premier Inn, you have a fantastic team here.

Excellent modern hotel with comfy bed and lovely staff. Breakfast was very extensive and great quality. Very well placed for visiting the town and the local area. Parking is opposite on the road, although there is a car park underneath for those with a disability. Olena was particularly pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was in the perfect location to explore Tunbridge wells The hotel room was clean and had comfy beds and good bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault the place and great price too. The only downfall was that there was no parking, but there was a car park near by.

Hotel was great, just got woken up by fire alarm at 3am. The bed were nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Dinner was lovely. Had a bath and a shower at the same time. Location was lovely. Mobile signal was poor but great WiFi. Would recommend.

Stayed one night and had dinner at local restaurant which was arranged on our behalf for a christmas gift. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Request to change room for a bathroom was done immediately. Nice hotel, great location. Plenty of food and choices for breakfast. Parking nearby has to be paid.
