We have booked this hotel by a mistake, as about 12 km far from its place there is a very beautiful hotel of the same name HORAL, which we know well. This hotel how ever is located in very bad place between main road, gas station and parking places from 3 sides, while the fourth side view is to a private camping place which is very noisy and you can not open the windows due to smoke from many open fireplaces and grills. Poor aircondition, very smelly pool, terrible staff, only positive point is the good kitchen in the restaurant and the professional head waiter. Hotel overcharges all, entrance to spa is even extra paid, no lifts in the hotel, very poor hotel room equipment which remembers late 90s. We hope to forget this bad experience soon and of course we never return to this hotel.
