We booked this last minute and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The room was well spacious, comfortable & well equipped. We ate in the bar which served excellent food and had some live music. If passing through you would definitely enjoy a night here.

Old fashioned West coast hospitality. Friendly reception on arrival, great food, and live music. We stayed in the in one of the cabins: super clean, great shower, and a comfortable bed. And all at an affordable price. What else can you ask for?

The rooms appear not to have any direct connection with the pub The rooms are situated alongside the pub car park They are clean with an enormous bathroom and look recently refurbished The problem is they are old units and the couple next to us were playing music and it’s like having them in the room with you It’s a budget room so i suppose you get what you pay for Next visit we will pay a little more and stay in town because this place is way out of town Good luck with your business but not for us I’m afraid

Comfortable and clean accommodation. Ideal location for Hokitika gorge and tree tops experience. Take provisions for breakfast. Tea, coffee and milk provided. Kettle, microwave and fridge. Pub does great food see my other review.
