"It took 10 minutes to get checked in the room, and it was OK just a bit dirty and shabby. The bathroom was disgusting and not hygienic, using the toilet, and the flusher was very loosed, and the toilet roll holder fell into the toilet when I went to get some. Took them three hours before they looked at it. The shower just leek out the bottom. Stay away from poor customer service and a failing hotel"

"I booked Hillscourt for 2 nights to attend my brothers funeral, unfortunately I had an accident while I was here and had to stay another night. The care I had from the staff was excellent they couldn’t have done more for me, even bringing me breakfast in bed! Highly recommend, the personal care and kindness was  second to none and I shall definitely stay here again!"

"Dreadful experience. Food cold. Seating poor . Asked for accessible quiet area for 96 year old and was sat in a cold marque where 2 deep steps had to be negotiated. The disabled parking areas outside were taken up by vans doing the catering. Never told at booking that food was being bought in. Advertisements misleading as pictures show yorkshire pudding and potatoes being brought to table on a platter. Our plates came played with this food already on. However lots of plates came without parsnips or potatoes. The youngest member of the group's meal came 45 minutes after everyone else despite asking for it. There was an hours wait between starters and main course. No Christmas decorations in Marque on table just one cracker. DREADFUL experience AVOID."

"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Redditch and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. And the free parking was a real bonus, especially considering the location. Overall, great value for money!"
