"I booked Hillscourt for 2 nights to attend my brothers funeral, unfortunately I had an accident while I was here and had to stay another night. The care I had from the staff was excellent they couldn’t have done more for me, even bringing me breakfast in bed! Highly recommend, the personal care and kindness was second to none and I shall definitely stay here again!"

For the facilities maybe the elevator good thing I was just at the 3rd floor so i can take the stairs going up and down specially if it is not available. For the service it was good and they even assisted in calling a taxi when checking out. Maybe they can include breakfast."

"The hotel facilities are old. I booked it on short notice. I couldn't find a suitable one. I will look for a hotel with a higher rating next time. Only breakfast is ok The basin drain was broken. I notified the front desk but no one came to fix it when I left. I stayed for two nights and the basin didn't work. It was very uncomfortable."

"Great little Premier Inn this one in a nice location near Hagley Hall and other attractions. The reception staff were excellent setting our short, one night visit, off on the right foot! The nearby pub was also good. The breakfast and staff serving were excellent. Would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting friends in the area."
