Took them three hours before they looked at it. The shower just leek out the bottom. Stay away from poor customer service and a failing hotel"

"The room description didn't match. The hotel is quite old, and the lobby is tucked away on a side street. There were homeless people near the entrance, which made it feel unsafe. The soundproofing was terrible, and the walls were dirty. The hotel engages in false advertising; the first photo of the twin room on the platform requires an extra charge, but this wasn't disclosed to customers beforehand."
