回上海路上看到長安裏酒店超美，就拐了個彎臨時來這邊，想要帶浴缸的房間，老闆幫忙安排到了南沙書影酒店，意外的還不錯！特別室內私湯很舒服！所以就沒體驗户外湯，也沒起得來體驗早餐。ps：服務員和前台培訓可以再好一點，房卡一開始給少了電卡，後續換房間忘了給門卡😭折騰了好幾趟

優點：房間很乾凈，設施也很新。馬桶是智能馬桶，窗簾、燈光、空調都是百度語音控制，非常方便。入住時碰到點問題，酒店也能及時妥善處置。
缺點：住了2天，房間沒有主動打掃，消耗品也沒有及時補充。

新開張的酒店外觀不錯又是在景區內地理位置是OK但是，酒店在服務培訓上有待提高，無論從前台還是客房服務都沒有主動性，熱情有餘行動力不夠，客房衞生間馬桶蓋上居然還有上一次客人遺留下來的污漬這個不能忍，入住第二天居然沒有來打掃房間給我的解釋是要和前台報備此房間需要打掃，再説一下讓人不滿意的硬件，洗臉盆的高度在一米左右，洗個臉費腰啊！電話也是壞的找個客房服務還得去大廳，以上幾點供酒店參考，加強一下服務培訓吧

這次在酒店住宿的體驗非常棒！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了前台服務人員的熱情與專業。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，讓人一夜好眠。設施齊全，特別是浴室的設計既現代又貼心，洗漱用品品質上乘。酒店的地理位置也很優越，古鎮環境非常不錯，建築古韻又不失現代感，夜景美輪美奐。古街美食豐富多樣，滿足了不同口味的需求。更難能可貴的是，整個酒店環境非常優雅寧靜，即便是住在繁華古鎮地段，也能享受到舒心的夜晚。這次入住體驗超出了我的期待，下次還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給朋友們！

秉持與人為善精神，很少去做不好評論，畢竟大家都不容易。此次實在是讓人大跌眼鏡🤓也算善意的建議吧！自然環境不錯，運河邊古塔旁，比鄰古街古鎮，但如此美的風景卻沒有人性化設計及高標準服務管理水平，實屬可惜！1.房間設計看的出精心打造的，可這個設計師有意思，第一次遇到台盆低到5歲孩子正好用，大人都要蹲下來洗臉取物，2牀頭櫃很小，少，手機都無處安放，卻弄了一堆華而不實的擺件，塑膠花，3插座都安裝在角落，也不知如何考慮的，4施工質量，酒店似乎剛開業不久，洗手間門拉不開，包邊脱落，淋浴房門卻關不上，水漸一地，也不知是什麼工程5酒店預訂時沒有“無早餐可選”有強迫消費之閑，6早餐更奇葩，不設在酒店內，需要電話預約，坐着電瓶車去幾公裡外的早餐店吃，商務人士早上時間緊張，7早餐選擇後超過原來金額還要自己加錢（是不是前所未有讓人懷疑這是什麼店）！8床頭珍重留的打印前台電話永遠打不通，（房間與大堂相隔甚遠）大熱天走過去被告知電話他們打錯了，9大堂前台堆積一堆酒店閑雜人員聊天，找服務員卻見不到人，10蚊蟲蒼蠅到處飛，晚上打蚊子至12點夜裡仍被騷擾，問酒店人員，一再強調“綠化多”你們説這個理由可信服嗎？哎，無語😓！總之不一一敍説，一次奇遇入住體驗

新造的酒店硬件沒問題，軟件服務不行，進大堂辦理入住時盡然有江蘇人在一邊抽煙一邊辦理，酒店無人出面解決，無禁煙標誌！三點多辦理入住盡然告知房間還沒打掃！要等待！不知道攜程標的四星級水分有多少！住的七號樓沒有電梯要爬三樓還好沒大行李不然搞個新秀麗大箱子爬樓就化石了！房間內迷你吧冰箱是空的！酒店的早餐券盡然要去古鎮上的早茶店吃，不是酒店裡的，要在酒店裡吃的小夥伴需要避開了。我這樓的客房服務阿姨盡然是非統一着裝的，晚上底樓大堂也是無人值守的。要改進的地方一堆！！！

別的服務都好，硬件也好，就是早餐體驗感太差了！週末人多可以理解，但前台點餐女服務極差，崩着臉，像欠她幾百萬，很不耐煩，也不講衞生，中途戴着手套洗杯子，戴臟臟的手套又端後廚送來的麪條。這是唯一的敗筆。#早餐
