Stains on mattress and sheets(blood or tan)small bug found inside sheets mattress weren’t the best but my partner slept well didn’t eat there so don’t have a review for that service at reception was very good very friendly. Tv was cut off 5hrs before we were meant to check out bathroom was very clean and plenty of towels provided

I've stayed here on a number of occasions over the past 4 years while attending events at Stanford Hall, just over 10 minutes drive away. Excellent location, just 5 minutes off the motorway, with a retail park including supermarkets and a petrol station, close by. No issue with parking - plenty of spaces. Friendly staff. Room was standard Premier Inn with a very comfy bed, decent sized television (plenty of channels) and very clean. There was a walk-in shower rather than a bath, which suited me. Extra pillows were in a sealed bag (tag intact - always reassuring) with pillow protectors. Strong 5G signal, so didn't need wifi. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from. There was an issue with milk running out in the coffee machine, which I brought to the attention of a member of staff and it was sorted in seconds.

Typical Premier Inn, comfortable, clean. Prefer Breakfast as on site a staff friendly and helpful always asks if you want anything. No problem with asking for poached eggs if desired. Overall good experience, like the fact you don’t have to go to a neighbouring restaurant for breakfast.

Handy location. Accommodation clean and tidy. Fantastic staff. A little disappointing that the room smelled of the last occupant’s aftershave but it was managed by opening the window for a while. Surprised that a room advanced -booked for a couple was only given one hand and one bath towel. This was immediately put right by the delightful reception staff. Your breakfast team staff , the duty chef(10th May) especially,deserve high praise: my allergies were sensitively and swiftly addressed and staff really couldn’t have taken better care of me. Andreea the manager was working on her day off to ensure patrons were served: Premier Inn Rugby North (Newbold) is fortunate to have staff who go the extra mile- and more. We’d definitely come again.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Staff are very accommodating and always greet you with a smile. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are always clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended for business or pleasure.
