Staff was not that adjusting. They wanted a visa invitation letter which is the first time in 20 years a hotel has asked. Luckily I had somewhere In my email otherwise they would not allow checkin. In breakfast there was no staff at all to help. When I finally got someone from outside and asked for cold or room temperature milk, they outright denied. When pushed couple of times she went Inside and got a glass full for my cereal. Lazy staff.

I stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and had many options. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. I had a great time and would visit again.

This stay experience is perfect! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the train station, and taxis are available at any time, which makes travel efficiency as high as possible. The room is warm and comfortable, the laundry room is fully equipped, and the laundry service solves the big problem of cleaning clothes during travel, saving worry and effort. The breakfast restaurant has a rich variety of dishes, from exquisite pastries to nutritious hot dishes. The hotel service is quite good. Xiao Zhang and Xiao Lin at the front desk checked in very quickly. The most surprising thing is the unique black tea in front of the hotel, which has a strong tea fragrance and a sweet aftertaste. Every sip can feel the hotel's care. I strongly recommend it to everyone!
