環境差的離譜，服務態度差的離譜，空調也沒法制冷，凌晨一點多還過來敲門騙錢，我明明在平台上下單成功，出發之前還打電話還問店家確認好了訂單沒，店家説確認好的，我和朋友才打車過來的，誰知大半夜跑上來敲門，説我單方面把訂單取消了，沒付房費，店家還威脅説不交錢就報警
