瑞金民宿地理位置優越，出行購物不用開車，很方便，周圍物價很親民，唯一美中不足的地方就是這個公寓在回遷樓裏，周邊環境顯得亂點，但勝在價格實惠。

本次住在這裡是帶着父母小孩一起的，剛好有兩個房間，裏面基礎設施都有，主要樓下就是免費停車場，真的太開心了。這邊離主要景區也不會太遠，推薦給需要的人，值得入住

衞生：整潔乾淨。阿姨清潔的蠻細緻的，也很有禮貌！房間設施：有小冰箱，小沙發和洗衣機，有抽煙機，有做飯的空間，個人而言，挺有性價比的。周圍環境：傍晚左右，總有一些咚咚的響聲還有比較大的説話聲，不過夜晚睡覺的時候就很安靜了。老闆娘説話進退有禮，大方熱情，讓人倍感温暖哇！在外出行，沒有太多的要求，而這家民宿就能滿足我基本的需求。
