This is a great hote for asto-over. we stayed for one nights whilst visiting family neaby. It's location is excellent and even though just off the M5 our room was very quiet. The car park is sizeable and there were spaces for us. Easy check in with friendly staff. The room was good and very clean. Lovely comfy bed and nice bathroom.

I requested a quiet room, but was given one overlooking a very busy dual carriageway and interchange. I then asked to change rooms and was given a quieter room. Its windows did not open and the room felt to be about 25-30C when I checked in. I switched on the air-conditioning and it was completely ineffectual. The room was stiflingly hot and I could not sleep. By 2am I had a headache. The pillow was very hard and gave me a stiff neck. Cleanliness outside the room was unacceptable with dead bugs and spiders on the windowsills in the hallway, plus used tissues. Parking was sufficient but with many overhanging trees with roosting birds you were at risk of bird droppings on you or your car. Breakfast was good with items freshly cooked. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A very warm and informative welcome from Nikki the receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. For a budget hotel we were very impressed by the accommodation and especially by the staff who were friendly and professional.

Our stay was for a stopover on our journey. Location was great for us, just off the M5. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and spotless. Bed really comfy, slept well. Great choice of items at breakfast, the cooked breakfast was very tasty

Really pleasantly surprised. The building is a bit tired and could do with updating but nice and clean inside. Such a warm welcome from Nicky after a bit of a long journey. Made all the difference. Rest of staff lovely too and super breakfast. We'll be back! Thanks

We arrived late in the evening after flying in from Cyprus. We were very warmly welcomed by Nicki on reception who couldn’t do enough to help us. Her excellent customer service was a credit to Premier Inn, so nice to get that warm welcome on a blustery cold evening. Our room was traditionally Premier Inn comfort with an amazing bed, great nights sleep. As breakfast, once again, a lovely warm and welcoming reception from Sonja who also was a credit to the hotel. Staff like these two ladies make all the difference making an average stay into a memorable stay. Thank you ladies xx

Thank you Claire your breakfast was amazing and the poached eggs were perfect as promised a shout out to the kitchen and breakfast team, it was amazing. The hotel could do with a freshen up but everything was great and just what you expect from a Premier Inn, clean and fresh rooms and even the heating air con worked which was a god send as it was freezing outside. Thank you for an amazing stay

Lovely Hotel, very warm and welcoming, our room was clean and tidy, could do with some painting on the outside though looks a little tatty. But the staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing, thank you to the gentleman housekeeper sorry didn't hear his name i thought he said "demon" for his help. Great stay will be back later in the year.
