A stopover in Norther CZ Selected the location to break up a drive, the hotel was somewhat dated inside - nice new rainfall shower but bathroom sink did not work ? Sorry no AC and if you face the square, while nice to look at, seems to be a bit of a hangout for some less desirables who may keep you up if you leave your windows open. The location was good but again the hangout issues.

Stayed one night at this hotel. The location is good in the city centre. Easy to park (and free). Service at reception is slow. Room and bathroom of acceptable standard. Our window was not closing perfectly, meaning we had street noise. We tried the pizzeria on the first floor of the building which is for sure one of the better options in Rumburk. Decent breakfast. We had the impression the hotel was not safe as easy for people to wander around through the different entrances (the bowling, the pizzeria), ...).

Receptie niet echt meedenkend. Parkeerplaats vol, 2de parkeerplaats enkel voor bezoeker Hotel Luzan maar niet voor ons ?! Betaald parkeren voor de deur alleen met munt geld, maar pinnen bij het hotel niet mogelijk.niet vertellen dat 10 meter verder gratis parkeren is. De eigenaar van de Kebab zaak ernaast was meer behulpzaam dan de dame bij de receptie. Ohja let op de stickers in de badkamer anders geen water. Tevens liggen er oordoppen tegen alle lawaai / verkeers overlast voor een betere nachtrust.

Es waren ein paar schöne Tage in Rumburk. Das Hotel ist in einen ordentlichen Zustand, mit sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal. Sogar der Ausfall des Aufzuges wurde am Wochenende innerhalb von Stunden behoben. In Deutschland undenkbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Viel Ablage für die Koffer. Bei uns ist ein Versehen passiert. Es wurde einen Doppelbettzimmer nur sla Einzelnutzung hergerichtet. Das wurde vom Personal sofort behoben. Etwas ungewöhnlich sind die Armaturen. Vor allen die Dusche. Da hat man schnell den Griff in der Hand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Ein Mann !!!! hat das gesamte Frühstück fest und sehr gut in der Hand. Freundlich, schnell, individuell einfach super.

Die Unterkunft ist vom Preis und der Leistung gut. Es gibt in der Umgebung genügende rustikale Lokale mit einem guten Speisenangebot. Sollte sich jemand vom Straßenlärm am frühen Morgen gestört fühlen ,so findet er auf dem Nachttisch Gehörschutz - ist halt nur für Sensibelchen ! Frühstück ist OK

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, die Mitarbeiterinnen sprachen ausreichend deutsch, was die Ankunft und auch dann das Auschecken leicht machte. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Den Hotelparkplatz auf dem Hof konnte ich für 4,- € pro Nacht nutzen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Ein Zimmer zum Marktplatz raus ist schon recht laut, aber am Wochenende war das gut auszuhalten. Das Restaurant im Haus ist prima. Sehr emsiges Personal, gutes Bier und z.B. tolle Pizza, aber auch div. andere Speisen im Angebot. Alles in allem war ich mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
