The room was nice - comfortable bed, clean bed sheets, towels, hairdryer. It is 10 minutes by bus or 1 hour by feet to the airport. But there is no ticket machine to buy a ticket to a bus by cash. You can do it only online by card. Near the hotel grocery shop and cafes. Didn’t try the breakfast, but the smell was good

Close to the supermarket and bakery shop but the room is basically a “RAT HOLES”

The front desk staff were very kind. There was a microwave and hot water available on the first floor. The room was clean and spacious. It was about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport.

Excellent stay! Very clean, and comes with its own parking space. Definitely recommended. Great location and good environment. The only drawback is that the room was a bit small 🤣 but the breakfast was also good. It's probably the most satisfying hotel of this trip! 😃

A good Hotel not far from the Airport You can reach it from the Airport via Shuttle or by the bus 510 station is Rümelbach. What i have missing is a Kettle the rest ist fine! Breakfast is ok too. Good place For Planespotters 😃

This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, easily within walking distance. We took a bus to get there, but the hotel provided a limousine bus service when we departed for the airport. Our room was very clean, and we could see airplanes from the window. The airplane noise wasn't an issue at all if you used earplugs. There were also complimentary drinks available. Overall, it was a great stay!

The location is very close to the airport, and there's a free airport shuttle every half hour. I didn't have dinner at the hotel, but it smelled delicious, so I bet it was good. They have a salad bar, pasta/potatoes, and after-dinner drinks like coffee/tea, all for 25 CHF per person. The room is very spacious, making it excellent value for money for transit passengers or late arrivals.

Shuttle bus to/from airport is only free for guest if booked directly with hotel and it cost 8 Swiss per pax for non direct bookings. Which is not a good approach for first timer guest stay in my opinion and location is a little inconvenient, walks about 15-20min to nearest train station. Booking through trip.com makes us “not” official guest. But overall our trip at Zurich is still good, hotel room itself is not bad, secure and clean, which is still worth it to stay. Staff is helpful with guides and friendly. 👍

Receptionisy did not explain well some things upon admission, like shuttle service to the airport, bar times and breakfast. She just proceed with the admission as if she wants to getc rid of us immediately. The remote of the TV is not working, and the TV itself is on and off, looks like signal problem.
