Stayed at Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur from January 15 to 18 in an Executive Room with one double bed. Very nice modern bizlike hotel. A bit too far off from the city centre and worst if it’s during peak times. Hotel staffs mostly are friendly but there are some who are a bit too busy to care about visitors. We didn’t really use the facilities there like restaurants or the pool so can’t comment on that. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
