The room was super clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. The room I chose was a 2-bedroom suite, perfect for a family. Check-in and check-out were also quick.
I happened to get rooms 1111 and 1211. Access to the rooms is from the 11th and 12th floors.
The upper (12th) and lower (11th) floors of the suite are connected by a staircase inside the room. This isn't a mezzanine, though. It's actually two rooms, so the upper room has its own door, bathroom, and mini-fridge. Likewise, the lower floor has its own bathroom and mini-fridge.
The lower floor (11th) has a sofa and dining table. Everything is complete. The air conditioning is very cool because there are two air conditioners on the lower floor. So, even though the room is large, it's still cool.
On the first floor (lobby), there's Parigie Coffee & Pastry and Indomaret. On the second floor, there's Food Station and House of Wok. So, you don't have to worry about culinary options.
Elevator access is also fast, as there are separate elevators for even and odd floors. So it's really comfortable not to have to wait long for the lift.
