Location was too far from city centre with transport costs not covered, even from Zurich Hb you would need to take a train to Rüschlikon then another bus 165 to get to the hotel (road towards the hotel was a 3 min uphill hike), took us close to 1.5 hours to get here (also due to the very infrequent trains and buses that only run every hour). Wide selection of food for breakfast with spacious area alongside the lakeview. Special appreciation for keeping the jacuzzi/ spa area open late till 10pm for guest that arrive late and depart early the next morning, though water temperature in the jacuzzi could be warmer. Sauna area nicely maintained. Refreshment area after sauna/ jacuzzi well stocked with variety of tea. Complimentary water and drinks provided in the room and also has a mini kitchen with well stocked cooking utensils, shower amenities provided. Ordered room service as it was quite late, food was made to order and kept hot while served.

There is no real AC or temperature control at the hotel. So, we were really hot at night.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. It is recommended to take the bus with luggage. It is quite tiring to pull it up directly. We didn't take the bus when we went there, so we asked the hotel staff to help us. They were very enthusiastic and helped us get to the hotel. The hotel room is OK, and the balcony looks beautiful, with mountains and water. The breakfast is Western style and tastes very good. The transportation is very convenient. There is a train station at the foot of the mountain, and you can take the bus directly to the city.

The room is relatively large. There was a junior high school graduation ceremony that day, so it was noisy.
Not clean, especially the floor
Look at Lake Zurich, there are stars at night
There is no service, just simple check-in and check-out at the front desk.
The transportation is inconvenient. The style of the hotel is relatively commercial. There is no culture. It is just a modern decoration. There is free water and paid items in the small refrigerator.
There is a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Nothing else to say.
