房間還算大舒服，洗澡水夠大，停車場很大很好停車，酒店附近大1很多吃飯的地方，早餐也不錯，前台的服務員業務不夠熟練。

跟老的賓館，以前肯定上檔次，裏面也很大，有幾棟樓，還有幾處飯館。奈何年久失修，老化厲害，平時房價應該是百十塊。前台服務意識欠佳，房間裏窗簾是淺色，一天亮房間裏也就日出了。早餐不錯，實惠。

房間佈局合理~洗漱間乾濕分離~WIFI網絡信號強~早餐品種多南北口味兼顧~美中不足就是窗户密封不嚴大蚊子輕易入室騷擾~早起發現手臂上被叮個包~淋浴花灑手持無法使用~總體來説體驗感尚可。

大環境還是不錯的，設施是比較老的那種，有個大院子，停車很方便。早餐有點拉胯，早早就準備收攤，去的晚的沒啥吃的。前台的大姐熱情客氣，總體來説還是不錯的。

去昆嵛山，路過乳山落腳。賓館停車場很大，賓館所在的大院裏有各種美食，院外不遠有煙酒店，交通也很便利。老牌賓館，設施有點舊了，但衞生還是不錯的。

房間：訂的標間，房間不小，設施老舊，床頭沒有插座比較鬱悶，勝在整體還算整潔寬敞.
周邊：市中心，周邊很多酒店，有自己的停車場和餐廳，也可以辦宴請
價格：性價比很高，一晚100出頭還含早餐，房間也算寬敞乾淨，對於出差或者要求不是特別高的話很合適，整體還是推薦的。

酒店裡麪的川香樓也是一言難盡，川香樓川菜你給我説沒有米飯，我説那就現在蒸，要5碗，給我説個不能退，怎麼的我差五碗米飯錢？陰陽誰呢？提供米飯是你們飯店最基本該做的，山東不吃米飯，你開個川菜館不該提供米飯嗎？要不把名字改成魯香樓這樣沒米飯不怪你。
