It was an awesome stay at Arena Boutique Hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. They also provide water dispenser. The location is also good, there is a restaurant just beside the hotel and it is walkable distance to Pulau Warisan & Chinatown.

- noisy with loud speakers blasting swallow noise as early as 6am till night.
- pillow smelly with saliva stain.
- bathroom extractor not working very stuffy.
- bedsheet still has detergent residues made our skin itchy.
- bed need to maintained has squeaky noise everytime you turn

Cleanliness can be approved, location is good, easy to find parking near the hotel. The room is big, toilet is good, but you can hear people talking and pass by easily.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The ceiling fan and openable windows are plus points. However, the noisy road downstairs can be a nuisance.
The room should be cleaned everyday and the amenities should be replenished everyday. But that didn't happen and we had to call for water, clean towels and rubbish bin emptying.

The air conditioner was leaking in the room middle of the night. Hence the floor was wet.
