"We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, it was beautifully clean on arrival and cleaned each day we were out with beds made. We had a code to get in which was handy on the arrival day. The total is a 5 minute walk away from Europa-Park entrance which was brilliant for us as we didn’t need a shuttle bus. The hotel provided a lovely healthy continental breakfast with lots of choice. The food in the restaurant is Italian with a good selection and very reasonably priced. The hotel also offers a free carpark across the road which was very helpful. The hotel also provided free and reliable WiFi. The staff throughout the hotel are really friendly. We will be back to visit again. Very happy with our stay! Thank you"

"I loved this best house! From now on, my mom and I will always book in the same room we stayed in this time. Room 6. This room had everything we needed. It had: 4 beds 2 Bed rooms 1 bathroom A mini fridge Even a TV! The breakfast was so clean and the food was amazing! It is a few minutes walk from Europa park and as a child, I really recommend this area for you and your family ❤️"

"Perfect location with a street shop selling drinks snacks alcohol coffee fresh made to order pizza. Bedrooms are quite large but no storage, only hangers along one wall. We did find a large drawer under the end of the bed on the last day so be sure to check. The rooms are serviced alternate days. Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Breakfast can get busy with people fuelling up for when Europa park opens, but good choice of bread, meats, cheese fruit and hot choice of bacon and eggs. Internet was strong and had no issues. Outside there are bus stops to take you to rulantica (free bus no7231) and to and from Ringsheim station. Overall we found the location perfect and the hotel delivered on every front. Highly recommended. "

"I spent one night at the Bel Rock hotel in Europa Park with family. Magnificent hotel. As soon as we arrived we were looked after at reception by a very smiling and very kind person. These explanations were very clear and precise. The room for 5 people was spacious and very functional. The children were able to enjoy the heated swimming pool. The breakfast was in one word amazing. Thank you to all the hotel staff and see you soon. 👏👏👏"

"Just back from a 4 night stay with my family and this hotel did not miss . Between the hotel and parks the magic didn't stop . Food was lovely we had a b&b bases breakfast was lovely great choices . Staff are all lovely all spoke great English and always very friendly . Europapark mops the floor with disneyland . The room was spotless lovely theme. Every part of the hotel and parks was absolutely magical . We will definitely be back for a longer stay . I would say 4 days was too short ."

"We originally booked due to the perfect proximity within walking distance to Europa Park. However, it soon became evident that there is so much more to appreciate here. Fabulous walks around the Black Forest, wonderful day trip to Freiburg, all planned with the kind help and assistance of Erwin who even provided maps and details of the best places to eat (all excellent). The accommodation itself is spotlessly clean and spacious, with easy parking and delicious breakfasts. Thoroughly recommend. We will be back."

"ABSOLUTELY AVOID! We booked a night with a friend, we were at the theme park for the day and sent a message before 7:30 p.m. (check-in end time) to warn that we would be 10 minutes late. She simply told us that it was not possible, the person in charge of handing over the keys had already left and this famous Christine simply left us outside in the cold (end of November) without any mercy. She then gave no more news, no response to our calls and messages but nonetheless collected our money. We contacted booking who requested a refund from the latter who refused it and who had the nerve to send us an email saying that we did not show up. We had to pay for another night in a hotel after staying more than an hour and a half in the cold while we found a solution. People like her disgust me. Never book with her!!!"
