We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.

We stayed here as a cheaper option when visiting NY. Bus operates regularly and stops right in front of the hotel. Reception offered us a timetable. $9 US for a day return to downtown NY and journey only 30 minutes. Another day we got the bus to the huge American Dream complex which is a mall anc amusement park. Bus was $2 US and took 10 minutes. Rooms themselves a bit tired and dated, Lighting poor and stains on carpet and chair. No outlook except carpark or road. Beds comfortable and inclusive breakfast good selection and generous. Guest laundry great and affordable. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly and special mention to Jordan. Granted us a free late check out which was appreciated. If you want a cheap easy alternative to the rip off that New York is then stay here.

Stayed over for a weekend as I had a couple of events to attend. I didn't have any interactions with the front desk staff as I check-in and out from my phone, although I was greeted each time I entered/exited. I'll give this hotel a shoutout for not having the air conditioners in the rooms limited, if you want the room to go down to 60 degrees, the AC will go down to 60 degrees. The pool is small but perfect for 2-3 families at most, the complimentary breakfast was small but satisfactory for what it was and did the job. The only thing that would keep me from giving this hotel the highest ratings are the following: - The rooms are a bit dated, and the bathrooms (specifically toilets) can use an upgrade. - You can hear the RT17 traffic from your room, the only thing louder than the traffic was the refrigerator in the room. - The elevators are extremely slow so if you are above the 3rd floor it can be annoying to go up and down. - The mattresses (we had the king-size bed) were extremely thin to the point you could feel the springs pressing into your body as you sleep. - The night we had one of the events we could drive through the entrance way as we did normally as there were 2 cars parked there. When we go to the entrance it was a bunch of people hanging out and smoking **** with both cars parked and playing music loudly. (This could be a one-time thing here but I was only there 1 night) Overall, for what I needed a hotel for this stay, just a place to sleep for 1 night. I don't believe I could do more.

We stayed here for a football game at MetLife Stadium. The location is great and parking is free. We had a car for the game and it was a quick ride to the stadium. The hotel had signs for a shuttle to the game (suppplied by another local company). So you have options to get to a game. A bus stop is located right outside the hotel which takes you to the Port Authority in NYC. We were told Ubers are hard to get. Once the rider sees you are going to NYC, they often will cancel. The staff said the bus is the most convenient and cheapest way to go. The bus offers ”senior rates” which were $4.50/person so you can't beat that. The rooms were clean. The mattress in our room was in need of a replacement. It was concave. We did alert the staff so hopefully they will replace it. The staff was pleasant and helpful Overall, we were very happy with our selection and would definitely recommend it.

After searching listing for low priced but clean and safe place to stay drove by this red roof very close to stadium. Stopped there checked rates which were very reasonable for area. Room was basic lowest cost option no coffee maker fridge or microwave. Safe available for $2.00 fee. Had hair dryer nice t v. Appearance of bed and bathroom area seemed newer bed was nice and the room appeared clean. It was an older motel for sure but nice view across river in back of buildings convenient free parking in front of door. Night we were there was quiet except air conditioning was a bit noisy. Lobby does need some work was dirty and in disrepair. There was a coffee tea station that was unappealing. Office ladies were fine checked in and out no problem. The whole surrounding neighborhood is a bit seedy overall but for our purpose it was fine.. we usually stay in lower cost motels so we had no complaints.

The room was clean and spacious. That’s about all that was good. If you are a light sleeper like me, you will not get much sleep here. We were on the 6th floor and could hear all the traffic outside. At one point I thought the window was open. The air conditioner was very loud and rattled so loud when it was cycling off. We were awaken around 5am to the most awful, loud noise from somewhere. We were not sure if it was the fire alarm or if someone was blowing a loud horn in the hallway. We think it was air or something in the pipes when someone took a shower. Room does need updating - cabinet door where the mini fridge is - was falling off and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken. When we checked out, the front desk staff never made eye contact and seemed uninterested in our concerns.
