it is a service apartment and not a hotel. Managed by few youngsters. Room for stay is ok . The managing team tends to lock you out and change the key numbers without consulting the issue. Rude behaviour,

The price is absolutely excessive for what you get. The room was very spacious and clean. But... the room was right next to the train line, the TV didn't work. As people were smoking right under my window, it had to stay closed anyway and the train traffic was barely bearable. The parking space has to be booked for 10 euros, which wasn't clear when booking. There aren't really any other parking options. The breakfast was amazing, however, which costs an additional 18 euros. Very small selection and the cheapest products. The bread was very soggy and not good, tasted like it had been reheated three times. The cheapest kind of cold cuts and salami, etc. Most hotels can do a lot better, for a cheaper price. I stay in different hotels an average of twice a week. This is one of the worst that I know.

Wie so oft das hotel nun jammert. Ich hatte meine kreditkarte nicht dabei. Die erhaltene buchungs nr von booking com ( status bezahlt) wurde nicht aktzeptiert. Und dann ist das MEIN FEHLER. Kulanz ist doch kei Problem die CHF 177 zu rückerstatten. EIN Abriss Hotel nennt man das. LIEBER einen verärgerten Kunden, anstatt Geld zurück! Das gleiche Problem wie erster kommentar von tequila

Beim Einchecken ist fehler passiert. Konnte das Zimmer nicht beziehen. musste um 11 uhr nachts neues Hotel suchen. Bezahlung Loren über *********** erfolgte mit CHF 177. Nun keine Rückvergütung, da mein Fehler beim Automaten Check IN. Keine Kulanz des Hotels Loren. MEIN FEHLER, Kommentar
