服務： 態度很好，我們剛來到就有人出來幫拿行李，前台小姐姐主動告訴我們可以免費升級房型，管家有問必答，小哥為我們開車送到雲門山，還有下午茶、晚安糖水，早餐更是極為豐盛，有免費手沖咖啡。
環境：建築風格整體是暖色的木石質感，給人一種温馨柔和的感覺，周圍有一些花田和農田，房間裝修設計十分別致，值得體驗。
衞生：挺好，進房間沒發現有什麼不乾淨的地方，一樓公共衞生間也是比較乾淨整潔的。
設施：很綜合，娛樂休閑方面有游泳池和ktv，很方便，不止房間有洗手間（乾濕分離），一樓也有公共衞生間，還有風度書房，非常適合在這裏放鬆身心。
建議：餐廳和ktv可以增強一下通風。

環境：民宿環境優美，有池塘、有田野、有花海、有高山風景美美的
設施：設施齊全
有書屋（書屋書籍又新又齊全）
有咖啡廳（手沖咖啡非常棒，下午茶點心甜而不膩，水果新鮮清甜）
有餐廳（餐廳提供都是地道農家菜，用料新鮮，娃都贊👍）
有泳池（泳池是無邊泳池，拍照無敵，池水乾淨）
有瑤族文化廣場（廣場舞台，鞦韆，翹翹板）
服務：服務一流，老闆非常好，而且酒店還有瑤族服飾租用服務，大人小孩都能感受瑤族文化
衞生：衞生乾淨，帶娃不用擔心
非常滿意，退房時民宿老闆還送伴手禮，伴手禮也好意思，是韶關博物館文物造型的小點心，不錯不錯，下次再來。

一家人出遊，原本訂的雙床房到了才發現1.5米床擠不下三個人，前台小姐姐給我們再找了間大床房，還給了我們優惠價，工作人員的服務態度都很好，旅遊景點也可以諮詢前台給你推薦，地點不算方便最好自己開車，有簡單的廣式早餐也有下午茶送，也可以點杯咖啡和蛋糕坐在空調屋裡看着外面的大自然，吃飯也可以留在民宿點餐，上面有間書屋，但沒有開放，那麼熱的天氣房間如果有冰箱會更好，房間乾淨，廁所和浴室乾濕分離，但浴室門口沒有做好防溢水，洗個澡水就漏得外面全是水，整體來説值得好評的，環境真的讓人感覺很舒服放鬆，退房還送了民宿自己做的餅幹，有機會再來住

和好朋友來韶關遊玩，偶然發現這家帶有瑤族和客家文化結合的民宿，和好朋友果斷的選擇了它，來到民宿後它果然沒有讓我們失望，滿滿的瑤族氣息，環境很nice！！！民宿內還有咖啡廳，滿足了我朋友這個咖啡腦袋！民宿還種一片茉莉花，超級香✨！管家服務超級好，不僅幫我們搬行李還免費的為我們升級了房型，真的很好啊😝！房間內的各項配套設施也很齊全哦，陳設也是我們很喜歡的風格，房間空間很大！冷氣超足，拯救了我這個怕熱的體質。免費的下午茶也很好吃，超級喜歡特色的洛神花茶，酸酸甜甜的很適合夏天！唯一的小遺憾就是沒有訂到二樓的景觀房，下次再來一定要住上🥰
