I saw some bad reviews before I booked the room, and I realized some bad things when I really checked in: The KTV next to me always sang until 4.5 o’clock in the morning, I don’t understand why no one complained to the police; plus quilts and pillows. Extra charge. These two aspects are enough to affect the experience of staying passengers.

一股黴味，剛入住不到2小時女兒就不知道被酒店的什麼東西咬的，酒店很陳舊，衞生很差，鋪的布地毯跟地磚交接處釘子都露出來，還不小心踩到，酒店退房還要查房查半天一瓶水都要扣錢沒有像其他酒店水都是贈送的，韶關之旅在韶關住了三晚，最查體驗感的一家還要300多一晚，對不起那個價錢

有幸”入住了上世紀的招待所。辦個入住，排了二十多分鐘的隊，原因是我前面那個人訂了兩間房，前台找不到訂單訊息。找訂單居然還是從一堆打印好的小票裏面翻。系統？不存在的，落後程度令人髮指。房間裏的水居然還收錢。風格？不存在，就是個招待水平，牆“紙“真的是紙）都是貼的，發黴、起皮很常見。床上用品我**都不敢碰，被罩不知道是被什麼生物咬了好幾個洞。朋友皮膚敏感，起了一肚皮的紅疹，後來衹能穿長袖睡覺。對了。電梯也不用刷卡，任何人進出都沒人問你的，所以安全也給你一星好了。你們酒店的惡劣程度讓我再也不想來韶關玩了，這種水平就不要學其他酒店國慶漲價了，價格跟維也納一樣，服務和硬件又跟不上。幸虧後面入住的酒店扭轉了形象。

衞生差的狠，我訂了兩天，第一天晚上入住，房間內有股異味，毛巾有些破舊，這些都還好説，白天出去處理事務，晚上回來的時候發現服務員收了毛巾，但沒有放下新的毛巾，服務簡直差到極點，酒店房間內的礦泉水是收費的，但沒有任何一處做了標記標明收費，對於我這種經常出差的人來説，這家酒店真的不值這個價格。
