這次訂的是別墅房，庭院帶私湯泡浴池，體驗很好。首先，酒店周邊環境特別好，羣山環繞，空氣清新，適逢節後，很清靜，有點世外桃源的感覺。工作人員服務態度也很棒，中餐廳的菜味道不錯，價格也實惠。特別喜歡那滿園的桂花，空氣都是甜絲絲的。温泉是真正的天然温泉，泡完皮膚滑溜溜的。酒店設施雖然略有陳舊，但是床品非常舒適，環境又好，又安靜，是一個休閑度假的好去處。下次還會再來。

春節出遊選了這家酒店，直接被狠狠拿捏住！必須給個五星好評！
一進大堂，喜慶的氛圍就撲面而來，精緻的中國結隨處可見，還有寫滿祝福的春聯，感覺像回到了小時候過年的熱鬧場景，年味兒十足！
前台的工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住快，還貼心送上新年小禮物，好感度直接拉滿！房間打掃得一塵不染，佈置也很有春節特色，床頭的福字、桌上的糖果，處處都是驚喜。

春節假期從湖南自駕回佛山，想着中途有個落腳底地方，順便滿足小朋友泡温泉的願望，結果大失所望。標的五星實際也就是鄉鎮招待所的水平，房間有黴味，馬桶蓋發黴，熱水不熱，毛巾掉毛……最接受不了的前台的服務態度，我很早就備註不要離電梯遠的房間，幾百個房間安排的是最遠最角落的，2人拉着3個行李箱，手抱着娃走了幾百米，第二天不泡温泉了，直接走，再見👋🏻估計老闆熬不過今年了。

設施：舊，非常舊！但這價格……酒店還是能接受的！本以為是廁所去水慢後面才知道是真的堵了！！但温泉就真的不能接受了！温泉舊的連水機裏的水我都不太敢喝！

環境：説好，算不上比較殘，説差也算不上
服務：非節假日，前台態度還是挺熱情的
對了我定的房型還是挺有特色的，很適合小朋友
