Kanasta Caravan Park
"Extremely negative! Unacceptably unhygienic, uninhabitable, avoid this place! I booked a cabin at Kanata Caravan Park for February 15-16, and the room's cleanliness was appalling: human and animal hair on the sheets, makeup residue on the pillowcases, sand everywhere on the blankets, and swarms of ants on the bed—completely uninhabitable. We checked out around 11 pm that night and found another Airbnb at our own expense. I've been to Australia five times and have never complained about any accommodation due to hygiene issues; this was the worst and most unbearable experience I've ever had. After contacting the provider, they refused a refund or compensation, and their service was appalling. I strongly advise all travelers to choose carefully and avoid this terrible experience. Extremely Not Recommended! Unacceptable Hygiene, Do Not Stay Here! I booked a cabin at Kanasta Caravan Park from Feb 15 to 16. The hygiene was horrifying: human and animal hair on sheets, makeup residue on pillowcases, sand all over the quilt, and many ants on the bed. The room was totally unlivable. We checked out immediately at around 11 pm and had to book another Airbnb at our own extra cost. I have visited Australia five times and never complained about any accommodation before—this is by far the worst and most unacceptable experience. The park refused to refund or compensate after multiple communications. Strongly warn all travelers to avoid this place."
Weeroona Bed and Breakfast
"The room was excellent, a garden room. The interior was cozy and beautifully decorated."
Beach Holiday Apartments
"The service regarding the check-in process and communication was excellent. The location is fantastic, as it is only a two-minute drive from the beach and nearby shops. The beds were comfortable and satisfactory."
