"We had a really lovely holiday and I would especially like to mention the reception team, who were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. I travelled with my mum, and this was her first proper holiday in a very long time, so it meant a lot to us that we were looked after so well. As a wonderful surprise, our room was upgraded and we were given one of the best rooms on the 7th floor, with a beautiful sea view. It made the holiday feel even more special for my mum. The room was very clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The location of the hotel is also excellent — the beach is only around a 5-minute walk away, and there is a shop right next to the hotel. The food was always fresh and there was a good choice available. We stayed on an All Inclusive basis. The selection of included drinks could have been a little wider, but a big positive was that we received 50% discount on all other drinks not included in the All Inclusive package. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, spacious and comfortable rooms, good food, excellent location and, most importantly, the kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff made our holiday very memorable. A special thank you to the team for making my mum’s first proper holiday in such a long time so special. We would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely consider returning."

"The hotel is not on sea front, but is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The rooms all over look the lovely swimming pool and well maintained gardens, there are ample comfortable sun beds, and a great pool bar serving food and drinks. The rooms are clean and comfortable and very quiet. The staff are fantastic, and can’t do enough to make you happy. The dining area is spacious and serves a good variety of food. Overall a excellent hotel and good value for money."

"It was a very nice apartment about a 3-5min to the beach we stayed here before the vacation season started so there weren’t too many people the only downside was that the (I assume) owners didn’t know very much English but they were nice and Lissy did everything right to communicate with us even in Spanish we understood what she ment. The location is very nice 5 min brisk walk to nearest carrefour, the kitchen had everything you need to make basic meals, 1 pan, 2 pots and 4 sets of dishes, fridge, microwave and a stove. Overall I enjoyed the stay and it was very comfortable."

Location also was brilliant, 2min walk from a great beach. A special mention to the young lady Briska who booked us a taxi for the airport, greatly appreciated."

"Just had a week at this hotel - family of 4 with 2 kids ages 4 and 6. The hotel is much smaller than imagined however spotlessly clean. Check in and check out brilliant. A definite mix of nationalities, mainly german. Transfer from airport about 1 hour. Beach a 5 minute walk. Can always get a sunbed. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Noise wasn't really an issue unless very loud guests. You are in a hotel with others, cant expect silence! Also had room overlooking another hotel (marfil playa) and had no problem with noise if balcony door was shut. Food was very tasty and always something to eat. The rice dishes were amazing - wish we got the recipes!! Kids counter always had pasta and chips and different meats. Breakfast was more catered to european visitors. Lacked a good sausage!! The bar is very busy however staff are great. Cocktails are fresh and mocktail list is equally fresh and varied! Entertainment team were always so busy. Unfortunately kids club was on 3 times through the week. Our kids prefferred other holidays where it was on once in morning and again in the afternoon where all activities were different. That being said, entertainment team were good and lots of activities by the pool. Pool gets very very busy and not many times of being quiet. No issues with pools being closed. Hotel is against filling up water bottles!! Very weird!! A self dispensing water machine would not go a miss! Overall a lovely holiday but missing the element of feeling special. I don't think we will be back but had a great time"
