A stone's throw from the sea but not from the beach, in the center of the village. Close to several restaurants on the seafront if you don't want to try the hotel restaurant. Excellent cleanliness of the room, very well kept. Too bad about the lack of minibar and hairdryer. Flaw worth mentioning are the bed pillows which are anything but comfortable. Excellent price for what is offered.

We went in summer and chose this place for its price, although it was not cheap. We found it expensive when we saw that there was no air conditioning, and we spent very hot nights. We had to sleep with the ceiling fan (which did nothing) and everything open, and the mosquitoes ate us. You could hear all the conversations in the next room, since they also had music on their cell phones all day. The bathroom was renovated and had all the necessary utensils.

Una delusione totale. Offrono servizi che non hanno. Per es.servizi per aeroporto, navetta: ho scritto 3 volte e non mi hanno risposto, quando ho telefonato mi è stato risposto sgarbatamente che non hanno tale servizio e che dovevo prendermi un taxi. Asciugacapelli: occorreva tutte le volte chiederlo e poi restituirlo. Ho chiesto perché e mi è stato risposto: " che cosa crede che sia una sua proprietà personale?" 700€ per una camera matrimoniale uso singola al 2° p. senza ascensore, senza un televisore, un frigobar, nemmeno una sedia su cui appoggiare una borsa da spiaggia. Fronte spiaggia o spiaggia a pochi passi: "l'unica raggiungibile a piedi era a 20 min.di cammino sotto il sole cocente!" Alla raception non c'era mai nessuno. Il padrone era sempre nel suo ristorante lì accanto dove, per principio, mi sono rifiutata di andare. Mai più né li ma nemmeno a Sa Rapita dove non esiste nulla e se non hai un'auto sei tagliato fuori dal mondo. E quest'anno il mare era pure pieno di poseidonia!

Siamo stati ospiti all'hostal Ca'n Pep Dal 30gennaio al 13 febbraio . Abbiamo usufruito della colazione e della cena presso il Bodegon situato presso la struttura gestito dagli stessi proprietari. Siamo stati accolti benissimo, la stanza con terrazzino molto bella e pulita con cambio giornaliero della biancheria. . Al Bodegon abbiamo cenato benissimo con cucina tipica dell'isola . Perosne magnifiche e gentilissime. L'hostal è a pochi metri dal mare .

Hostal justito, iba a ir con una acompañanate y finalmente fui sola, a pesar de ello me cobraron la tasa turística de dos personas igualmente, bastante feo por 2€, mujer encargada del check in bastante seca y poca bienvenida. Decoración anticuada y cosas por en medio, les hace falta modernizarlo un poco, cama cómoda y baño reformado. No hay aire acondicionado, hay un ventilador que hace un poco de ruido, esta todo limpio, para pasar una noche es aceptable ya que es de los más baratos que hay en Mallorca, se puede aparcar en toda la calle gratis!!

Hôtel sympathique, chambre propre et balcon avec vue sur mer. Très bien situé. Vous pouvez vous garer dans les rues à côté sans problème. Vous êtes à 15 minutes à pied de la plage. Le propriétaire est gentil mais ne parle ni anglais ni français. Bémol, il n'y a pas la climatisation dans la chambre, juste un lustre qui brasse de l'air. Une fois éteint, vous étouffez de chaud la nuit. Vous ne pouvez pas non plus laisser la fenêtre ouverte car en bas il y a resto et bar ouverts et bruyants, suivant les clients qui y sont... Autre point négatif, les chambres sont mal isolées. Vous entendez tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres à côté... autant leur conversation que leur douche... Ne laissez pas non plus de choses trop personnelles dans les chambres, si vous restez quelques jours dans l'hôtel, car les femmes de ménage oublient de refermer la porte à clé après être passées... Mais nous avons passé un bon séjour quand même 🤗
