Google does not work and the Hôtel instructions do not start early enough. We drove round and round and had to park and walk on foot. Then the lift to the underground carpark didn’t work. Basically after 5 minutes it had not arrived so had to lug cases up stairs whereupon the lift was still not working. Pictures misleading. No view of river. However clean, comfy bed, good shower and good breakfast"

They told me that there are cameras in the hallway and said they would look into the matter. However, three working days have passed and I have received no response or explanation at all.This raises serious concerns about guest safety, room access control, and the hotel’s handling of security incidents. I still do not know: Who the person was Why that person was able to enter my room What happend?????? The lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and provides a clear explanation."

It was kettle in some of the rooms, but it wasn't in my room. It was a short stay this time so it wasn't a problem for me, but maybe next time for a longer stay I wish to have a kettle. All of all, great hotel for a good price, big room and very good location. Near shopping street!"
