"BED BUGS!! I woke up with over 100 bites, found and even photographed a bug. When i killed it it exploded with blood the hotel staff changed my room and did my laundry, but the corporate refused to reimburse me for damages, and sent me poorly done pest control reports claiming the bug could not be identified and a 40 minute visual check of a room was enough to rule out my photo evidence and bites! They obviously still have bed bugs and are not dealing with it seriously DO NOT STAY HERE or give them your money! TERRIBLE CHAIN tried to gaslight me that they don't have bed bugs when i have so much physical proof and they were under construction moving and stirring up everything in the hotel and with outside doors left wide open it is most logical their rooms had bed bugs. Not i randomly find a bug in their bed and wake up with bug bites all over my body and somehow it did not come from the hotel?!?! HEEEEEEH?"

"I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked for four people, and about 15 minutes later I realized I had booked the second location of our trip (my mistake). So I immediately tried to cancel; our arrival date was supposed to be at the end of April. Ten hours later, I received a message that I still had to pay the full cancellation fees (186 euros for two rooms). I find it very unfair of this hotel to double-charge (or even more if there are further cancellations) when the trip wasn't for another three months. In my opinion, this is a rip-off, and I will definitely not recommend this hotel to friends, relatives, etc. (with this warning)."

"I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel and room. I stayed at Motel 1 for 5 nights and it was money well spent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet which meant I had a good night's sleep every night. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and it was good to note that breakfast was available from 6 am till 10 am. The staff are attentive and friendly too. The location is very good for its easy access to the River and city areas with businesses, shops and restaurants all around the area of the hotel."

"This is just a budget hotel near the train station. I arrived on a rainy night and was too tired to argue with the front desk. The air conditioning was noisy, and the heating wasn't effective. I ended up sleeping under two duvets. Facilities: I booked a king-size bed room, but was told that here, a king-size bed is just two twin beds pushed together. Fine, who can I complain to about that? 🤷 Service: They were friendly, but not very helpful. Breakfast: Let's just say you can fill up on bread. Everything was pretty mediocre, but its proximity to the train station is its biggest advantage. If you stay here, make sure to stand up for your rights! And make sure you get a warm room; don't compromise like I did. 😂 The hotel offers luggage storage. There are no cups in the room, but you can get a cup for hot water at the downstairs breakfast area. I asked the staff, and they said I could take the cup back to my room."

"During my stay at this hotel, I experienced a very shocking and concerning incident: a stranger was able to enter my room directly. I immediately reported this issue to the hotel staff. They told me that there are cameras in the hallway and said they would look into the matter. However, three working days have passed and I have received no response or explanation at all.This raises serious concerns about guest safety, room access control, and the hotel’s handling of security incidents. I still do not know: Who the person was Why that person was able to enter my room What happend?????? The lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and provides a clear explanation."

"The reception was adequate. The room was fairly clean with a large TV, kettle, and armchair. There was no safe or mini-fridge. The bathroom had a shower and hairdryer. The air conditioning was quiet. There was no gym or swimming pool. Parking was extra! The surroundings were noisy (tram passing by and roadworks). The breakfast (standard) was quite decent. Daily housekeeping is not provided unless requested at reception. The hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from the city center."
