Hotel Etoile
"I just had e terrible week with my whole family in hotel Etoile! They ruined our ski vacation! Coincidentally we stayed at the same week, from 28 December 2024 until 04 januari 2025, with the owners of the hotel and their extended family. The new owners are from Spain, Madrid and they were about 30-35 persons. We were a few families from north Europe, UK, Netherland, Germany. We booked our vacation inclusively breakfast without lunch or dinner possibilities, by that time it was OK for us. Once at the hotel we were confronted with: Firstly- old and outdated furniture in the small rooms, beds with matresses of 10-12cm thickness. Just terrible for your back and your well-being. We didn't experienced anywhere else in any hotel in our life time such a bed beds. Back-pain guaranteed!!! Secondly- the owners of the hotel with their extended families have arranged a cook and they were having extensive dinners every evening only for themselves! thus there was a kitchen. the entire staff of the hotel was serving and accommodating the first class guests. We, as the second class guests, that's how we really felt in this hotel, and even had sometimes difficulties having a breakfast included in our booking. They were loud, intrusive, arrogant...it seemed as they were in their private houses!!! They apparently felt at home in such a way that it is was from 8.00 - 9.30 in the morning almost impossible to take something from the breakfast buffet, blocking other guests free moving space. When they finally were done, almost all bread was finished. When asking for more bread, after they left literally nothing, we were said that the buffet almost was closing that they were not in the mood to bake any bread. I wish them this holiday, it's their hotel but why don't have it for you all without letting other guests coming that week???? Money was the reason! getting all rooms full, without any concern of us as guest of this hotel! Wat a pathetic people Thirdly- The staff is Italian and Spanish, The manager of the hotel is an Italian man with whom I had a conversation about all of the events. He was doing great and he was doing his best together with another Italian lady who served us and worked at the reception. The Spanish ladies who served us were rude and had no idea what hospitality experience means; they lacked basic knowledge and being kind to your guests. Thursday evening my wife had asked for a little bread with butter for our youngest children. She was really agitated and rude by saying to her that bread was finished. She could order something from their tappas card and eat at the room. She was very busy serving the "bosses" !!! Coincidentally at the same time another waiter had come out from the kitchen with basket full with freshly baked bread! She had no shame at all! After my wife was angry and said to them that we wil leave this hotel in the morning and that she felt unwelcome in this hotel, they brought to our rooms bread and butter. But for us already th"
Hotel Alpin Superior
"positive: - Wonderful staff!, very polite, warm and helpful. They found a suitable solution for all our requests (kudos to Fred) - Very comfortable room with a magnificent view (we had a balcony) - Right next to a cable car less positive: - Several things were closed including the whirlpool, finnish sauna and steam bath (i guess because the high season in winter and not summer) - Only one fixed menu is available for dinner (but there are plenty of choices nearby) - Rather simple breakfast, but not uncommon in the mountains"
Hotel Allalin Saas-Fee
"This is a fantastic hotel. The room was super comfortable, very quiet at night, everyone in the hotel is super friendly, the restaurant is spectacular, and the location is great. Highly recommended. We defenitely plan on returning in the near future."
Hotel Bristol
"The staff, the view, the fittin-out of the room, all was splendid. I booked an only-bed room and got an double bed room with the wonderful sight to the glaciers. That for the price of an single-room. The breakfast buffet had a big range of things to eat. The hotel is located close to the different cable cars, where you have a reduction in price during your stay."
Revier Mountain Lodge Saas-Fee

Walliserhof Grand-Hotel & Spa Relais & Châteaux
"Having not been to Saas Fee for 15 years we decided to stay at the Walliserhof hotel. What a great decision. The Walliserhof is a perfect place to stay if you are travelling to Saas Fee. The rooms are very comfortable especially the bed. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food served in the Casar Ritz restaurant is really excellent. The pool and spa is very welcome after a day on the slopes. When we next come back to Saas fee we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere other than the Walliserhof, I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone."
The Capra Saas-Fee
"What an incredible property, and the hospitality is truly exceptional - special thanks to Jon and Leon for taking amazing care of me and my partner. The dinner at the restaurant was incredible, with a spectacular wine list! Cannot recommend the Capra enough."
Wellnesshotel Schweizerhof
"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It felt very homely and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the nearby mountains from the balcony. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis but had dinner in the hotel restaurant on two of the days. The food was always delicious, and the waiting staff always friendly and personable. The pool and spa facilities were all good and very relaxing after a busy day on the ski slopes. It felt a little bit like coming home!"

Appartements Feehof
"The Feehof never disappoints. The proprietress and her team are superb! The included breakfast has lots of variety and healthy options. The rooms are plenty big. The whole team is stable year after year and very friendly and you will be well cared for. Location is perfect for all activities. Have stayed there many times and will be back again in a couple of months."
WellnessHostel4000
"Very disappointed by the way I was treated! The hostel's webpage states that customers will be informed about the contract terms when booking over the phone. However, this did not happen in my case. I received a booking confirmation with the terms and conditions attached, revealing that cancellation is not possible at all. Upon my inquiry and pointing out that I should have been informed about the cancellation policy over the phone, the hostel casually responded that they do not inform callers about it, as otherwise, "we would be on the phone all the time." So that's the level of adherence to self-set rules in Saas Fee... No surprise, I guess, since that way of handling customers conveniently saves the hostel's time AND hurts the customer through the collection of hefty cancellation fees. Even after extensive back and forth with staff, there was neither accommodation nor flexibility. At all. Don't book if you expect any sort of comprehension from the staff."
