SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento North Reviews

Room is clean and spacious. Close proximity to attractions and eateries. We had a great stay.

This hotel is not in a great neighborhood. The room was OK. The beds were comfortable. People were smoking on the stairs, which was not allowed. Breakfast was minimal but ok.  Not very friendly in the office. Some people that were questionable were around. Just fair for the price.

Nice hotel to stay at. It's clean and close to the Sacramento Downtown. Good price and I highly recommend it.

No body wash, no tissues, some kind of hair on two towels.

No hot water, ******** in parking lot picking fights, manager lies tv didn't work half the time

Not good.

The hotel is relatively quiet. While the facilities are a bit dated, especially the air conditioner, which is quite noisy, it's very clean and the bed is large and comfortable. It's close to the river and has an old bridge, so the riverside is often crowded. Mornings are simple, but okay. It's a short drive to the old town, so there aren't many people out in the morning, making it perfect for taking photos!
