There's no air-conditioning in the lobby, no receptionist until asking the bellboy, then the receptionist only shows up after 5mins. Limited parking is provided for hotel guests. Checking in was late, one of the lifts (left) has no lighting, literally using the elevator in the dark. Rooms lighting is poor, too dimmed and very old settings. Air conditioning is cold.

The area is not too noisy after midnight. Lifts are very good cause it has two units. The level 6xx air conditioning is good, very cold except a little bit noisy. My room was spacious and with a mini freezer. The bed is okay not too soft. Breakfast is standard local style, only served up to 10 am. Room reset needs to inform or request with the house keeping else will not be done. Location is okay cause there are many eateries and 7-11 stores nearby. Day/night front desk receptionist are okay and helpful. In house massage at Level 2 only operated up to 7pm.

location nice. near to 7e, foodcourt etc. cleanliness not satisfactory but still acceptable . breakfast good just nice. overall : EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. cannot demand too much because price very cheap 😄

Good only for maximum 2days stay. But who will stay long at the border anyway. People only go there to eat, buy things, rest stop point, etc. So everything is just good enough for 1-2night. Stop whining too much.

Room is ok but abit dark. Convienent to shop just walking distance. The shower water is worst like very slow. The sink water presure is better. Rooms very strong smell of smoker.

Hotel lama. Lantai bilik air tersumbat, tilam keras, tapi mana2 hotel rasanya sama je tilam. Dpt tukar bilik lain, better room. Tq to staff, mudah berurusan. Mknn breakfast minimal, tapi ckup dan kenyang. Overal, berbalou dgn harga 70/night.

My stay at this hotel is always nice n check-in was smooth and most staff knows me and they are friendly and helpful albeit slight hiccup with the tv set in room 807 is not working even though the staff helps to arrange another set but it still wont work. Am glad they extend the help,guess the management need to verify the problem iin that room. As usual Jane is as friendly amd helpful. Overall it was a pleasanr stay.i will repeat ,thanks.

Not so bad hotel for its size and pretty affordable. Everything else is pretty clean as well

N old hotel which must have been very grand during its heydays. Cleanliness could be improved upon. The inclusive breakfast was appreciated and adequate.
